If you want to be a mod then you have to put in the time and work and report a lot of posts with a decent level of accuracy so the admins know you're qualified for the job but I really wouldn't set out to be a mod as you'll likely be waisting your time or setting yourself up for disappointment. Asking to be a mod and because you want to get paid is usually the wrong way to go about it too. If you want more money from this forum join a better signature campaign or offer some services in the Marketplace.
