Well I couldn't read much on that page, as they threw up a couple of blocking rectangles with agreements in them. I stay young and healthy by not agreeing to any of that stuff. Smiley

They also advocate taking supplements, and I think this bad advice. Just do some research, and eat healthy food to gain the minerals you need. You might have to make a few mental adjustments though. Most people throw away some of the most nourishing veggies. Carrot and beetroot tops for example. Also Nigerian grandmothers use ripe bananas ( ie black ) to maintain health, but most westerners throw them away. You can often get 20 of them for about 10p in the supermarket, and you can add them to your cooking.

Well, it's all about your attitude. I enjoy becoming older with every day, month, and year. And with every year I feel like right now is my best age, it's even better than the previous one!
I'm also really excited about becoming a mother or a grandmother in a few years. And I know I'm gonna enjoy that age, too.
Just do what you really want and care about your health. In that case, age won't matter that much. Wink

We have to deal with it. Every moment that passes never comes back.
We are ageing and physically, you cannot do things that you used to do due to your physical fatigue.
Just protect yourself from tiredness and eat healthy and you will feel younger than you are.
