Nowadays, its all about how much the tokens have been sold. It is hard to find an ICO that shows their sales progress or shows how much the ICO have sold. If you happen to find a bounty that was fearless to show their progress, by all means go ahead an join the bounty if there is. We all know that bounty participants are paid based on the tokens sold so I would recommend that you search for an ICO that sold all of the pre sale token. It is a safe bet you will get what you deserve when bounty ends.

There are plenty of goals just to pick a good bounty. But I usually look for some of the following criteria: ico rating on icobe pages, icorating, trackico. Then the project information, ideas and development process they draw up are reasonable and finally check wedsite, social and team dev. You can find good bounty on bitcointalk, icobech, bountylord, ...
Choosing Bounties is one of the most difficult things for a bounty hunter especially if you are in experienced and are able to see a scam bounty, its quite unfortunate that most have fallen in for scam campaigns, this however can be made right by taking a proper research on the bounty before committing to them, Look into the development team and make sure that they are not only authentic, transparent in terms of identity and well experienced, also make sure that the product the BOUNTY is promoting ha some quality in it, without quality, there are less chances that the product wil suceed
I know a bounty called Dcc bounty, u can Google it, dcc has been added to 3 exchanges and the bounty is going on till 15th AUGUST, the good thing is that you know you have joined at something that its tokens are not worthless at the end of the bounty campaign!

Just simple way to get and choose best bounty campaign for running, you have check how many their twitter or facebook media social follower, there are will be your way to participated or not, when many follower fo their twitter or facebook you can joined, but you have check at their ico website how much their token ico was sold on pre sale or ico sale.

Research the project the same way you would research an ICO you are thinking about investing in: whitepaper, team, what is the utility of the token, what problem are they trying to solve? (is it truly doable?), do they have a product or are they just getting started?. Also, check their website, join their telegram, ask questions (telegram, forum, social media). It is also important to check out the bounty manager (past campaigns, reputation, etc.).
For some people this may not be as important, but, depending on when you join the campaign you might want to check if the reward / payment will be a set # of tokens, or a percentage of the sale (if it is a percentage and the campaign hasn't reached their soft-cap and it is already mid way, you might risk getting a small reward ... however, you never know if investors will show up last minute to invest). Also, do they have a maximum number of participants per campaign (signature, creative, social media, etc.), or are they willing to take thousands per campaign? ... There is no way to know for sure which bounty is a great choice. If it was that easy everyone would do it. All you can do is research the the am and manager and hope it turns out a success.
