Hey. No idea if any of those are new but Ill post anyway.

CoinChat - Earn Bitcoins by just chatting with other people. I got about 4mBTC my first day. Probably the best way out there and the most fun.
5 Minutes EnergyFaucet - Up to 500 Satoshis every 5 minutes.
1 Hour EnergyFaucet - 1000 Satoshis every hour. One of the best ones out there.
24 Hours EnergyFaucet - 5000-20000 Satoshis for visiting the site every 24hours. Best Rate on click!
Basicbtcfaucet - 30 Minutes cooldown, ~500 Satoshis.
dailybitcoins.org - By most considered as the best faucet out there at the moment. 1 hour cooldown and not only paysout 1000+ Satoshis per visit but also gives out redeemable vouchers for other sites like peerbet.
Unsuckbtc.tk - Up to 15000 Satoshis every hour!
devfaucet.com - 3 Hours. Up to 2000 Satoshis. You can cashout to PeerBet without a minimum and aquire even more by gambling with the free BTC.
faucet.boxcoin.org - 12 Hours. Up to 2000.
bitcointips.tk - 1000 to 8000 Satoshis every 12 hours.
theorb.biz - 12 Hours. Good average Dispense. Only Downside: High Cashoutrequirement.

I hope the descriptions help to decide what to choose.

Bitcoins are a currency. You earn bitcoins the same way you earn any other currency. Provide goods and/or services to people, who will give you bitcoins in exchange.

Are there any websites like Devtome.com (which awards Devcoins) where you can like take pictures, make videos, write articles, fill out surveys etc for a good amount of Bitcoins?

Not sure it is a "good amount", but it is > 0.

If you have a website you can add a free BungeeBones web directory that pays you in Bitcoin for any paid ads your site sells

Wait, so like adsense, but you get paid in Bitcoin?
