so everybody seems to think Mt.Gox is going bankrupt, but why would they go bankrupt exactly ? they dont make enough on commissions to pay for their office and staff ? people stole money from them ? why are they going bankrupt exactly ?
They're going bankrupt because thats how they would explain how they took all your coins.

All these Japanese sites just drove me crazy. Can anybody help please? This might be interesting to monitor.

OP, why do you care about a bankruptcy notice? Creditors tend to lose all their money a long time before a company officially goes bankrupt.
In UK, insolvency events are posted to the London Gazette:
