Bitcoin applies globally, if you only focus to third countries of course it's a waste of time and not effective. Remember, in a third country, not necessarily there is information about the bitcoin so that when they get a bitcoin but none of the exchanger, surely they will not seek the bitcoin.
Location is not an issue when it comes to earning bitcoins, either you are in first world country or a third world country the only thing you need is internet and a knowledge about bitcoins and there are multiple ways of earning bitcoins and I have heard that people are earning a living from bitcoins in third world countries as the cost of living is not too high.
for me this is the best answer so far.. whether you are at the most farthest part in the world as long as you just have a stable internet connection, you can start earning bitcoin or money.. location is not important if you are just dedicated and hardworking to earn for an extra bucks and a good and smooth internet connection then you're good to go. 
No matter that from which country you are belonging you can participate in this community as a user of bitcoin and can get the same opportunities as a person from a super power ids getting. That is the best feature of bitcoin and that is why everyone like it. So do not hesitate to take the start.
wherever you are, whatever your country. if you have an internet connection. You can still collect bitcoin, and earn bitcoin easily you just need to work hard and discipline methods that you use 
I think the best thing for third world countries is to learn a skill online using youtube.com, udemy.com and lynda.com then you can start to sell your skills by freelancing that way one can make reasonable income rather than wasting time on fausets

I know OP said he's from a foreign country, but I highly doubt for 8 hours of work in real life he wouldn't earn at least more then $5-6 which is a disgusting wage for the amount of typing and stuff you'd be doing on these sites. All these sites are micro-earnings and fun to fuck around with but shouldn't be fully use for a source of income.
If you're serious about earning money, offer a service or some sort of business to people in the services section as you can actually earn a nice side income if people like the service you're providing. Also, mining on cryptos are good but I highly doubt you have a good enough graphics card to be able to handle that.

Happens to me back when I just starting out,don't go for survey site if you are living in a third world country,majority of their subscribers only caters for first and second world country like us uk and canada,if you are good at doing something,you sign up to fiverr and offer your service there for only $5 or you can start from my forum I am paying up to 1500 satoshis and other coins for posting quality post to my forum pm me for the link if you are interested.

If you want easy money via participating surveys or clicking ads, you will only waste your time. Try to find "real" job online and be paid for your skills.
You are welcome to search for it in Services section as mentioned above.

I've heard that there are countries in Africa where Bitcoin use is growing a lot in relation to other places in the world, so if I lived on such a continent, maybe I decided to migrate to one of the countries where Bitcoin's demand and usage is greater, and then try to open a Bitcoin business. But if you do not want to move, there is the possibility of opening a website providing some service related to Bitcoin, like a gambling or trading service, for example.
If you are planning to make money online through bitcoin why would you plan to migrate to countries where the demand is higher.It is always a good thing to live in a third world country to enjoy the perks of the dollar conversion rate and that too by living in a third world country you can really enjoy the perks of bitcoin.
Its hard to earn a good income by just days in a third world country but if youre willing to take a risk you can trade altcoins then convert it to bitcoin but you have to find some alternative ways to create an investment before you trade like signature campaign or by selling your skills here and be paid not by dollars but on bitcoin.

You can start build your own shop that accept bitcoin. My goverment also forbid bitcoin usage but doesn't mean I must stop promoting bitcoin.
As long as it's not against the law when you want to earn money , you need fight for it. Start build a shop that unqiue and still not exist at your place.
Maybe you can on how to make slime store for example or making art from porridge newspaper etc

Hey buddy , if you want to make money the only way is just hunt a job. But if you are searching for pocket money, that you can easily make it through online. Go to faucethub or epay , choose a faucet that you like the most and spend some time in claiming faucets. You can easily make some pocket money through faucets. Another way is to join some signature campaigns and earn some bitcoins.But for joining signature campaigns to should rank up. These are the two easiest ways to get some pocket money.

I see that some have already suggested signature campaigns and faucets. First, I don't think faucets are really worth it, maybe if you have time to use some rotator for a week 3-4 per day then you can do something, but that's too much of a hassle for me. I'd suggest you the signature campaign once you get high enough rank. Also, you can go over to the service section and find some work, like article writing, and maybe blog writing can be a good source of earning once you get into it.
Earning money from third world country is not that easy most of the survey sites or click ads is not available, because their main target of marketing is not in that country, earning from bitcoin is the best way, because there are no restricted country, anybody can earn from bitcoin, you just need to be perseverance and I had to admit, signature campaign can be a good way for income, but it wont be enough, you need to find other source like trading, or collecting faucets
Bitcoins in third world are not very known to all and this makes it good for those who already knows about bitcoins. Since Bitcoin has no geographical boundaries, therefore it is best for the third world people in bitcoin projects and earn same like the people earning in developed countries.
Being a third world country's resident means that you can hardly sell or buy bitcoin easily or even just exchange it into fiat money or use it normally like everyone else, I know because I'm in the same situation. But this isn't some kind of barrier like Trump's wall, this doesn't stop you from earning bitcoin. The internet connects us together, so make use of it. Search for online jobs that fit your ability, or just sign in to these signature campaigns on this forum, it's not that hard.

There are many ways to earn even if you are in other country. Actually you can earn here in forum in many ways. For Example, Promoting bitcoin site and altcoin ICO in your Signature, promoting it in Social media. You can earn here and the rate of your earning is from the manager who controls it. But there are many ways here just find out, what you can do and convert your service to bitcoin.
