We can help in simple way to promote bitcoin, like simple encouragement to our friends regarding bitcoin through word of mouth. If we don't have talent then we can use social media to promote it. There, we just share post related to bitcoin then it can attract many of our friends resulting to bitcoin growth.
We can only start from family members, close friends, your colleagues. Share your story, give them a solution, let them see how Bitcoin has changed your life for the better. Once they have an interest with bitcoin, educate them and they will then take turns to share the story.
The thing which we can do is the interest in the bitcoin and patience for the future if we lose hope and withdraw our bitcoin then the currency will fall more because the supply of bitcoin will be high as compare to the demand for this coin. As from all the other altcoin i love bitcoin more then every thing eve i do not want to buy the gold for future but i want to buy bitcoin for the future these are some things which will grow the bitcoin and we will get the benefit one day.
The best way to help the growth of bitcoin is to create a bitcoin-related project, where it can help a country's development and get the government to agree on the project so the government can spread the news to all its citizens to participate with bitcoin. Until now i still think of the plan, so bitcoin can be legal in my country. Although disseminating information through social media can help the growth of bitcoin, but if the government has not legalized bitcoin it will be useless. Because we bitcoin users are not free to use bitcoin.

We can help it grow by introducing people to use Bitcoins by introducing Bitcoins to some shops malls etc... Many people don't know about Bitcoins so by letting them know what is Bitcoins... To help people to use Bitcoins as their currency as like the paper cash. So I ask you, what can we do to improve bitcoin adoption, reduce fees and protect bitcoin for being crushed by regulations?

We can do that by inviting other people to use bitcoin or teach them the truth about bitcoin. Coz I think the most common problem is people are most often misinform and misguided by those lies about bitcoin. People didnt know the truth about it thats why theyre are scared about bitcoin. I think we should educate them for purpose, so that many people will gain a high interest about investing in bitcoin in that case bitcoin demand will be skyrocketed and with a higher demand the higher price also come. 
I think all we have to do is to use bitcoin in our daily life and dont abuse it and share our knowledge to other people and tell them your story and experience.Taking advantage at lower cost will give us a positive income. The more supporters of bitcoin the higher value it may reach.
Just keep your bitcoin in your wallet and then hold your bitcoin so far you can keep it, it will be better the bitcoin price will be up and ask to the other to keep and hold their bitcoin together.I am using coins.ph ever since I don't try other digital wallet cause I don't know how to use it. if you want to make bitcoin grow for it's price or technology you can educated people near you that what is a bitcoin and what can bitcoin do. also persuade them to joining you invest in bitcoin so the bitcoin price will go up when there's high demand, so the bitcoin team will get some profit to from the transaction and can develop more technology like lightning network.

As a bitcoin user we should be aware of the ups and down of bitcoin and be able to preach the good news about bitcoin and the reasons and purpose that bitcoin brings to the people. Share the good news about bitcoin and how many lives are being change because of their earning from here and what the people having right now, the assets that they have from their investments in bitcoin. Prove to the people who do not believe in bitcoin that they are wrong that bitcoin is not scam or any other negative feedback about it. Thus, it gives an opportunity to the user to earn and make a profit if they just work hard for it.
First of all we should continue to invest, to trade and to participate. Also, you need to talk about this technology to anyone who has not heard about crypto currency.
