I actually just tried https://bitcy.biz/ by not researching, and not knowing about hyip sites.  I started doing research after I deposit and it started to feel scamming. I deposited .025btc, and after 15 days did get .038 back. I withdrawal asap after the 15 days, and I was able to get it all back. I might consider depositing .013 as that's their money to see what happens. If I lose it then no real loss for me since I have taken my initial deposit out. It is still a high risk but high gain. You are technically gambling, but if they are paying, why not?

After I got worried, I started researching hardcore, and I can't verify the people in that site, their location is a clothing store, they actually put their logo on the window in the site, but if you google map it, there is no logo. To me, they are definitely a scam that is paying at least at lower levels.

In this case study, I did profit and got my money back, but I would never put a large amount of money in them.

I came across this sites:
https://hyip-zanoza.me/en/
http://invest-tracing.com/

There seem to be several similar sites that list paying and non paying hyip sites. If you are going to "try it out," definitely only invest what you are willing to lose. Be cautious and do some research. There seems to be an increase this year in hyip sites popping up, it seems unregulated right now, so they are getting away with it.
Do the research, deposit what you are ok with losing, don’t deposit high amount.

I just read about how someone was scammed of over $6,000 after investing in Auroramine. It's such a pity how people still fall for these scams. They just go for the bait so easily. Lord have mercy!
This is really a very serious issue and it needs lot of attention. There are so many scammers sitting in the market who are constantly keeping an eye on the money of others. They keep on trying different kind of schemes with which they can actually grab the money of others. We need to be very much careful while making any kind of deal. Moreover, be well aware of the people around you.

To avoid being scammed by hyip is to completely ignored them, of course they have juicy returns to attract a potential investors, they will offer 50% daily profit,  the gullible ones will fall victims, they pays their investors initially thereafter vanished into air.
Please never invest your hard earned money into any ponzi system.

Careful and Extensive research must done to find a legit investment sites as most of the will condition first their victims by paying for the first 2 weeks and then if you invest more because you see it as legit because it is paying, they will run with your money you will see that the website or the person can't reach or contact, a lot of them are scammers so be careful of what are you getting into. go for signature campaigns or trading because it surely give you good results and a good return of investments.

Um, they're all a scam? I thought that was pretty obvious. Also ponzis are a scam. Do we really need to spell these things out this day and age? Don't hand over your money to other people. You don't need to.

The problem with todays scammers is that they are using some social media to attract patrons. They show some screenshot of their earnings ( dont know if it is real or photoshop to make it real) to make us believe that it legit. The best thing to do to avoid it is to search for it, there are sites where you can read testimonies of other who are being scammed. Sometimes there are some local news who publicize those scammer with help of the victims. And one thing, dont bite to their bait that promises big earnings in a fraction of time.

First step to avoid scams is - don't invest in anything that looks suspicious and don't invest if something looks too good to be true. Also go to "investor based games" board and look at all examples of how scam looks like.

Second step to avoid of being scammed by someone is: don't listen to people who are saying this:
You cannot avoid being scammed but there are websites that monitors profitable hyip. Some may even last for years in terms of integrity and profitability. Not all HYIP are scams. But never join facebook groups that begs for your Bitcoin. They are beggars.
Sure they are. Research HYIP. It is ponzi which means it is scam.

Research Bitcoins. They all say it is a scam. It is a ponzi scheme. But is it?Huh
Excuse me, but how is bitcoin ponzi?
Who gave you that silly idea?
I did my research about bitcoins, i am not sure to who you are referring when you say "they all say it is a scam". Who are they?

Don't try to sweep it under the rug. Your argument failed. People have been saying that Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme for eight years now. But is it really a ponzi scheme? Ergo are all HYIP a ponzi scheme?

I think they are the same, Ponzies and HYIPs.

But some people say HYIPs could be "legit" because scheme's owners are doing real business while the Ponzi scheme just shares the investment among other investors, there isn't business, only a share from newer to older members until the pyramid crashes. HYIP would be a very profitable legit business, but that isn't the reality... As everyone said, better to stay away.

So many hyip were found in any Facebook groups. Last October 20 2017 someone refer me to join in hyip were she joined me also. From the very first day I deposit my investmetr to that hyip I suspected already that maybe it was scam because my deposit took so long before I received in my account and that's what I did was I sent message to their support. After 5 days of investing I failed to open their site and they took my investment.

If you ask me then these so called high yield investment plans are just scam and nothing much.

Best way to avoid scam is to avoid investing into them. Because there is no such thing or plan which can get you big money in short time. Just look at the crypto currencies and try to trade and invest into them for more secure investment. You can earn high profits there also without loosing a dime if you make your trades safely. HYIP sucks really.

Who uses facebook nowadays?

Honestly, any investment that claims they can give you over 5% of your deposit in a day is more likely a scam that needs to be avoided. Astronomical gains in an investment, especially if it requires referring and whatnot, often points to HYIPs/Ponzi Schemes. Personally I just ignore these type of ads since I know it's too good to be true. I'd rather stick to trading and lose it there rather than give some lazy ass people my hard-earned money.

To avoid hyip is very easy, just dont join something that doesn't make sense like profit 10% a day, or profit 2% a day for forever, if we think clearly there is no way a company able to give so big profit in a short time, most of the people just follow the greed and invest in hyip although they know it is a trap and all hyip is a scammed

'HYIP' is a term only used on bitcointalk.  You won't see it anywhere, at least not outside
of the crypto world.  And yeah, they're all ponzi scams, by definition.

well, i know HYIP before i know this forum. That term is widely know in "making money online" world. All know it's born to be scam

I dont think you understand what is hyip. it means High Yield Investment Programme. it is a form of Scam where by a group of criminal setup a flashy website primarily to dupe people by telling them to invest there money overall a multi scale level investment cut with different percentage return on Investment. there is no way you can avoid to be scam Hyip because you are not the one running the site. when the Admin have recieve more money he can decide to shutdown the site and run away with your money. you can minimize your lost if you join early ( that if you know when the site will be launch).
'HYIP' is a term only used on bitcointalk.  You won't see it anywhere, at least not outside
of the crypto world.  And yeah, they're all ponzi scams, by definition.  There are 'high-yield'
investments in bonds, but that refers to high risk, high interest ones.  HYIPs are all scams in crypto.
Stay away from them at all costs.  Some people make money, but it's a gamble you don't want
to take if you're a rational investor.

The only people who fall on those kind of programs are the dumb people who are in a dissesperate need of money, i know a guy who wanted to earn $300 fastly so he could buy the new ps4 (two years ago) and he had about $100 in bitcoins. He joined one of those bitcoin doublers, he doubled that money because of a miracle, and he wanted to double those $200, it was a wrong desicion.. He lost everything because that website turned scam after he invested in the second round.
never invest in those kind of sites, you are always going to get scammed.

Well you prettymuch will have an idea already if its a scam or not. Anything that seems to good to be true or too easy probably ian't legitimate. Stop trying to find shortcuts. Earning btc should be easy enough just by research and study
