Quite a lot have happened in the crypto investment market with the long run of a bear market in 2022, as a result of the various market crisis ranging from ftx bankruptcy and Luna crash that affect the market for a long time, before the present recovery, many crypto analysts such as myself are confused as for what the level of confidence of investors towards altcoins in this period. Do you consider any altcoin to be pf future profiting, if yes then what is the percentage calculation of your confidence level in that coin and why should we hold them for a long-term basis?

I don't have any suggestions of coins in mind but I believe there will be many coins that'll do well immediately the bull market starts. Alot of investors are waiting on the side to get a green signal that the market is back and usually the influencers are those they rely on for this kind of news and immediately that starts happenings, you'll begin to see money entering the market
Alot of project both good and bad ones will benefit as they usually do during the bull market. I'm confident that altcoins will do well because not everyone would want to buy Bitcoin that they know can't give them much profits but many people investing wants to make money quick so they'll go for altcoins. To profits we have to be among early investors.
I think coins in the top 20 should be given much attention for security purposes and they can also give good returns as if you invest when the market is down, you'll be among the earliest investors and can profit when the whole market rise.

I don't request loans~
I always stand at a minimum of having at least half a confidence in the altcoins I invest it, otherwise, it wouldn't have made sense for me to invest in the first place no? Sadly I never really studied them much in-depth, I just choose some coins that I personally think would grow, most of my metrics being the charts of their past prices and some level of interest of the general public (that I judge on my own).

Well I do tend to let go of them after profiting off, so that may be a part of why I don't judge them that strictly.

I was not 100% but at least I believe some of these altcoins will perform a price rally when the market turns bullish. Because I know and I believe that Bitcoin will reach another high and of course, altcoins are there to follow the trend. Honestly and based on what we experienced in the past, the future of altcoins doesn't just rely if it has a use-case but also, it relies on how much is the price of Bitcoin would reach.
Choosing potential altcoins really matters this time otherwise, we make ourselves a loser investing in shitcoins.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
I am 100% confident that bitcoin will cross its all time high once again but that might take more than six months. There might be possible movement towards this year end if not later. We have to be patient, keep buying at the low and hold. Altcoins on the other hand do not give me much hope. The old ones have been recycling and going on which means they can be kept for long term but not short term gains.

Newly launched altcoins I would avoid, give them a 2year observation period from your side before you put in money. They are risky and usually end up bankrupt or plain shutdown.

More such bankruptcy or hacks or scandals will come in every few months. Nothing to worry about there, just keep your seed and devices secure.

They are actually profiting which is why many investors are preferred to take risks with them than just putting it all in Bitcoin. It was not an assumption or whatever it is because it was proven also that many people got a huge profit from investing in them. In fact, meme coins do (Doge and Shiba Inu) and these P2E gaming structures. As they are on the trend, profit is not possible but yes, if we talk about it in the future, it is somewhat not really confident about it. Unless their trends remain but that is also impossible as for sure other projects will pop out and take the lead.

The only tokens I can see being big in 2023 are Defi and NFT tokens.
Basically after FTX most people want to use a decentralized exchange.

So we got many L2 going and we got many dex being launched and many are already used daily with huge volumes. I think that many CEX will even release some form of DEX to stay competitive. Because with all these regulation issues and issues with the exchange itself like FTX, people are just fed up with regular CEX.

90% confidence...But this also matters on what coins we are about to choose. I choose potential coins that is why I have that kind of level, pretty different if you are choosing meme coins and these new projects. Yes, so many new projects had come out these days where halving is approaching, and seems to need to be more cautious because the majority of them are scams or like to be a scam someday. That is why it was not encouraged to hold altcoins for the long term, they are not worth it aside from those projects that have a long market history already.

A lot of tokens including the defi weren't dead though. They will still survive until there is a regulation clear enough to proceed and that more investors will come.

I'm confident the altcoins will also rise when BTC also is in bull run as thats how this works. And while halving is getting close many investors must be rooting to altcoins they see potentials.

In the current market conditions, altcoins have a higher potential for generating a greater return on investment (ROI) compared to Bitcoin. However, the choice of altcoin and the trading strategy employed will be crucial in determining the outcome. It's important to note that Bitcoin still holds significant influence over the overall market movement.
Don't focus on high ROI altcoin investment options as it's hard to find high profit potential altcoins without market bull support, so a good option for ETH and BNB altcoins right now as prices are still low and there is great potential for a return on investment if the BTC market will recover from a market correction.

I still believe in altcoins but altcoins that have proven their standing in the market for a long period of time, altcoins like Ethereum, Binance Solana, and other altcoins cannot be ignored in their contribution to the adoption of Cryptocurrency, there are altcoins that bring a lot of things in the table and they are here as long as their developers keep updating their platform and community support them, my confidence percentage is 80% but of course, Bitcoin has my 100% confidence.

Have to diversify with the altcoins, and I’m confident enough for this.
Buying altcoins seems a mandatory for me because there’s also a good opportunity with the altcoins, all you have to do is to choose the best one and you can be good too. Altcoins are mean to stay, but with regards to making profit, you should make sure that you are dealing with the good altcoins.
Well, good luck on that, bit not many will go the same route by diversifying into many altcoins for the fear pf more losses, most especially on a long-term basis, but sincerely altcoin is one of the most effective means to gain massive profit within a short term base.

But for long-term investment, altcoin may be too risky since you may not be able to predict what will happen in the long run, since altcoin os best only for short-term speculations.

There may be a couple of alts that are worth looking into, ETH and BNB.
Other than that, hard to trust your hard-earned money if you are looking at long-term basis.
You can always diversify as it is your funds, but it is also your responsibility to keep up with the updates of each alt you want to venture with.
No one will do it for you but yourself. So you are free to choose your alts but it is your own risk here. No one else's.

Actually you don't have to hold back for the long term. why do so many people hold on to the long term because they don't know when the moment is for when to buy cheap and sell at the time above. If you buy at the right moment, chances are you won't have to hold on for long, provided you don't get greedy
