Well, I’m a little extreme on this. I don’t trust in ICOs because all these years I never saw any ICO to develop any product. So I think this will not change the market.

In my opinion most of the ICOs are locked up and working on their projects. If they keep their promises and provide within 2018 then market will surely recover.
I think that crypto market will recover automatically as volatility is it's nature. Sometimes it goes down and the second moment it will rise. I also think that the scam projects and coins should be removed then the price will increase.
Cryptocurrency has minimum infrastructur. The community just focus on the payment system money transfer. Look at banking industry, they have ATM, CC, And payment gate with many merchants. How about cryptocurrency, the most infrastructure owned by bitcoin. That"s why bitcoin price is number one. The ICO developers also rely on payment , creating new shit coins. Too many payment system but no one accept the coins . That's the worst fantasy by developers. They only give a birth SHIt ...yeah tooo many shit we hold now.
We need to legalize cryptocurrencies around the world, then many new investors will come to the market.
First of all, all the scams projects and scam tokens should be destroyed and strong measures should be taken against those people. When the number of numbers of token will decrease and quality coins will increase automatically the market will be improved.
It will be hard for crypto to recover. Since as of today crypto has been so popular. Many people, government, banks are against it. They created what they call fear uncertainty and doubt (fud) to destroy the name of crypto. But one thing is for sure, crypto will recover by acceptance,that it was part of our lives now.
Some projects will not work. The projects those will not work needs to be destroyed. Users must know some other new projects as well, they need to be updated. If not then the dead projects will simply replace them and there will be no chance of recovery.

yeah many of them are ICOs trusted or They lie! but some ICOs are trusted because of there presntation and roadmap what is goals of there ICOs!! we will know that because of there update there website and there roadmap!! but other always lies and after the ICOs sales they got silence and no one updates in there road map!! that what i saw in ICOs that Lies!!
Continues promotion of different ICOs are just a proof that crypto market are still alive and moving. Its also a sign that the market is not dead unlike what fake news said. The market is normally goes up or down in times and it is just normal. The market doesnt need to recover because it is doing what it suppose to be done. All we need to do is to invest.

The market will be recovering again when there will be a rumor to be bought by those speculators and then they will try to rush it as fast as possible but if there was no anything to buy and then don't expect it will be happening in short time. there are a lot of factors that effect the market for the most important factor would the sentiment factor that effect more like for example every time there are positive news btc goes up and vise versa.
