Find another work and take boxing classes
Make them realize that you are confident and productive in everything you do . Be responsible and have a positive outlook ..
The best is to give it back to them as no one should encourage bullies.
Bullies are present everywhere especially in a workplace. They are the immature, envious, self centered individuals who are just fond of making someone funny or putting someone into shame. If you come across a bully, show him that you are not distracted by his words. Dont mind him at all because if you do, you'll just waste your time and you'll get stressed due to nonsense reason. They'll soon get tired of it if they notice that you are not giving any attention to his words.
You must give it back to them and complain about them. Don’t tolerate.
Leaving the work means retreating and don't know about others but I don't feel like it. I would rather have fought back

Bullies are everywhere they are the insecure no self confidence.just ignored them and do your work.try your best to ignored what they are doing to you.you can also tell your boss about them dont tolerate them.
Complain about them to your HR and make sure that they stop it.
wherever there must be a bully, we must be strong and face the hunter if we just dodge and run until whenever we will continue to be disturbed. do what you think is right. in this way they will not disturb you anymore
You must show to them that you are strong. Don't show them that you are weak .
Complain, as that is the only way to get rid of them and they should be punished.
There was always someone who would interfere with us at work.Just that it was not anything serious.All these are some interferences in a positive sense, some people are kidding.But there are problems at work that are very serious.It's already a serious matter.Then we should turn to someone for help.If the boss can't help us, then we should turn to the police for violence.Then the case is becoming serious.Everything we can't solve, we need to ask for help from someone.Because everything can end up fatal.

bullying is inevitable in our society nowadays. There is now a form of bullying which is called cyber bullying in which people tend to bash others online.•Will I be mature and stay away or get another job what can I do? any suggestions?

What you could do is just believe in yourself. How can you expect others to love you if you yourself don't love yourself? Confidence also play a role. Don't mind those persons bullying you. Go on with your life and prove them wrong.
Just stand your ground, and further ignores them. They will get bored. If it gets out of hand, your work/HR is responsible to deal with the situation. Write down every little detail of when and what the bullies bothered you with.

You'll not be bullied when you don't let them to. But I didn't mean that you hit them back, just show them you're not affected by them, eventually they'll get tired of it.
Running away from this issue is not the right option. If you do so, then the bullies will feel like they have won the mental battle, and they will go on to harass others. First you need to complain to the HR about this issue. If they are not taking any action, then you can try taking up the matter at higher levels.
bullies are everywhere. all you have to do is to stay focus with what you do and never mind. as long as they are not hurting you physically. what you hear on you left ear, just let it pass through your right ear. they will feel annoy not being given attention.

You will not be the only person being bullied by him. Support others if they get bullied by him. Get get contact with other people.
Create in secret an event log with facts also including your actions to try to stop the bully that you can present later if nothing else helps. (Perhaps also create a private diary with the more emotional aspects that you do not want to present to everyone).
People react different in a group than in a 1 to 1 conversation. Do not fear to talk 1 to 1 with him if he crosses your boarders.
Try to see why the bully is behaving this way. He is the person who can the biggest problems as he can even get fired because of this (also if he is your boss!). This can even make him more insecure or aggressive.
If it is a complete company structure based on fear and/or if he also is [and will stay] the [only] owner of the company you should decide if you like to continue to give your time and energy to this company in exchange for some money.)
