sirius registered this domain before or after Satoshi published his paper? Any wiki article for the history of this kind of things?

bitcoin.org was never owned by Satoshi, IIRC.
guess he paid with these bitcoins 
He could use tor and fill fake info on whois. But how could you pay for the domain without leaving trace to registrar?
Of course we could pay for domain with BTC now. But back then?
