I started off in Bitcoin, when a friend of mine shown me a youtube video on mining Bitcoin. I was looking for some way to earn money online, and this looked like the ideal solution.
I quickly learned that those video's were made during the BOOM time and mining has become a lot less profitable since then.
I now simply buy and trade Alt coins and make some profit from that and also my signature campaign, but that is like a drop in the ocean. $1 to $2 per week ^ha ha ha

My first bits came from faucets, after a week, I discovered bitcointalk and saw that there are "signature campaigns" that pay their members to just post and post. The first campaign that I participated in was Primedice. I remember the time when Members are still allowed in that campaign, and the first that I received from that campaign is 0.04btc. Not a bad start. Soon after I discovered the altcoin trading section, I started watching the markets, but didn't totally understand a thing until I tried my first trade. I didn't know that buying Blackcoins at the time would be a great investment (well I bought the coin because of the name lol). Within a couple of hours, I managed to get my 0.04 into 0.28, and I never knew how did I do just that. It turned out that by that time, the coins is being pumped. From then on, I started researching more and more in this trading stuff until I get the hold of it. Now I'm doing some trades every now and then.

if it possible everyone talk about how the begining with BTC was and how he earn their BTC right now Wink

easiest way to get bitcoin is to buy them with fiat.. plain and simple..

However there are other means of getting bitcoins.. Keep an eye out for giveaways..
Offer services for bitcoin even, If you have talents bitcoiners love trading for them.
A few strategies exist to get BTC out there.. just a matter of getting them.

I don't like gambling and can't do mining, also I do not have money to buy bitcoin himself.
So, my only option to collect BTC from day 1 is through participating in signature campaigns.
In this way, I earn BTC for something I do anyway, by posting on this forum, what is really great for me Smiley
The same thing . I don't have enough money to buy bitcoin and also i didn't use gambling. The only thing i can do is participating in signature campaign. Even if i got small bitcoin because of my rank. Its okay to me because its help me a lot.

Start from a small until you can join in a big trading system like pumped and dumped you only starting from the beginning so that you can earned you capital so you would have a business called pumped and dumped.
pump and dump is the only way that anyone can reach profitability in altcoin market. although there is always people saying ... coin is gonna be huge and stuff like that but that is not the usual profitability of this market

That's an option as well, but I'd rather not get involved with pumps & dumps. For those few times that I trade altcoins, I'll take my wins & losses regardless Smiley

I always earned it through faucets, and mostly through signature campaigns, they have been lifesavers till date...
Have been living on Bitcoins, thanks a lot to Bitcointalk and Signature Campaigns for being there for people like me, will always be indebted to them... Smiley

And how come you can earn bitcoin from faucet? Faucet payment is so low. How are you going to make bitcoin from faucet? And dodnt you think it just wasting your time clicking captcha?
hahaha but still its a coin. You wont make a 1 btc if you lose 0.00001 btc. But i think its too small if your rank or position in bitcointalk.org are high you can or you should join in signature campaign this would help you a lot.

A big portion of my coins are actually bought with the money that i earned from my day job. Well hidden and stashed away idling. The rest are coming from signature campaigns, trading altcoins which i also lost some of it and also with some gained from selling advertising slots on my website.
