I had some investments here and there and I think I will never recover wih some coins but I still have patience. It will be hard for some coins to get back to the value they were back in winter.
Well, even though I made some stupid decisions and lost money, I was early so I am still on the positive side 
yes. luckily i have entered the market before the massive breakout that is why i've already taken my capital and the losses that i am incurring now is from my profit from the breakout. as of now, it is slowly moving upward and gaining my losses back.
Even experts anticipate being banned in this unpredictable market. Actually I am not a bitcoin investor buying bitcoin and keeping it in the long run to make a profit
Bitcoin investment is for those that really want to invest their spare money incase when the price decrease they still continue to hold so they wont loss.

Well, I'm the same with the smart people you mentioned, why we need abandoned our assets if we have that patience and bravery to wait for right time? I think there's nothing else effective techniques to recover from our previous lost is to make a new strategy and avoid the same mistake.

You are not loss if you not selling your bitcoin yet. And i think it will be hard to recover back your loss if you already sold it.
My suggestion is never sell your coin with the lower price than you buy it. Maybe you can search for a good ICO to compensate your loss.

In fact, when panic and losses occur on your investment funds for crypto market. There are no special methods of compensation for losses and no increase in profits. The best way is to stay calm and patient and continue to stick to the crypt to wait for opportunities and growth in the markets. 
Actually, I have not yet recovered from my last year's loss of bitcoin investment and the only thing I am doing at the moment is hodling. I will hodl until I get to the price which will profit me because I know very well BTC price will surpass last year's price.

maybe, they can recover because they have unlimited capital or they get new capital for investment from money loan in local bank. so they can overcome the loss. or they cooperate with the owner of the capital and the results will be shared.
If you lost your money to bitcoin because you invest high price and decreased the price. You should do other strategy to gain profit from bitcoin like investing to altcoin and to ICO. If I calculate from earning to losing I earned more money than losing. But most of them are losing money now because of happened.
If the price of bitcoin falls, you must settle down, and be patient and wait until the price of bitcoin returns to normal. I have suffered several losses, for me, it is a natural thing in the world of commerce. To restore capital, I do a deeper market analysis, a cut loss does not matter as long as it can buyback and back to the peak.
