Goodevening. I've been studying and researching in CRYPTOCURRENCY for about 2 months now. I also found out this forum 1 month ago, and I found out that this forum has a lot of information about CRYPTO. I always read threads in this forum so that I can familiarize myself here. According to the articles and threads I read you can get some BTC thorugh mining, airdrops, trading, gambling, campaigns here in this group, faucets, gambling[risky],ICO[risky]

Can I have some ideas where to start? I am planning to go in Trading while doing some faucets for free sats. I am about to spend some pennies of mine to buy some altcoins in some of exhanges. IS THIS A PRACTICAL MOVE FOR ME AS A BEGINNER?? And after
I rank up I will jon some CAMPAIGNS.

Can I have your opinions about this? Is this a GOOD STARTUP?
Im always reading and researching. THANK YOUU

Sure! I'd start with "The Bitcoin Bible" by Benjamin Guttmann. Noting that it's fairly outdated now.

I'm also a fan of "Blockchain Revolution - How the technology, behind bitcoinis changing money, business, and the world" by Don and Alex Tapscott.

Noting I too am really only just getting started open to other suggestions from other users too  Grin

Thanks for "Blockchain Revolution". Have never heard before. I`ll try it for sure. Is it real to start with BTC now, or I should better look forward some altcoins?

Could you suggest some of your favorite Bitcoin books? I think that might help for the people here in forum, you know for extra references.
Me too I'm focusing on day trading but I'm just on a research stage. My Exchange account have not yet been verified.

I work in a technical field and started receiving inquiries from work colleagues about it. I started doing some research by buying up some books (Still working through "The Bitcoin Bible") and reading as much as I can on the subject. I've since invested about 5% of my portfolio and haven't been disappointed (made about 30% so far just off BTC and ETH). Not bad for less than a month in the market. Puts my share portfolio to shame!

I learnt a lot by setting up a miner (started out with dual ETH and DCR now just mining FTC). I don't have much of a rig but I find that I learn best by doing. It's not to make bucket loads but merely to learn about it all.

I'm currently looking at day trading and researching heavily into it. Does anyone know of any demo platforms where I could practice without using my actual holdings?

I started using faucets to get my head around the concept and this prevented me from investing any of my own income.
Unfortunately now though there are too many scam faucets out there. If I was to start again I would test the waters with a small amount of Bitcoin. The most important lessons are finding a safe wallet and fiat to crypto currency converter.

I stumbled into cryptocurrency back in September, taking some time to earn a basic understanding of bitcoin. From there, I've been using some faucets to get accustomed to acquiring satoshi. Though a slower process, it does help.

As for bitcointalk, I came across this about a few weeks ago and I have been taking in some of the information posted.  I am working on getting up in the ranks so I can begin participating in campaigns.

I only started my journey with Crypto about 6 weeks ago and the first thing I did was purchase a Nano Ledger as my main concern was theft of the coins.
My next step was to research this took about 2 weeks before i bought my first coins, I started with some simple ones like XRP, Powr, Enjin and a few other.
My investment amount was $600 to start building it up to $2,500 I will put a little more in over the next few week and maybe sit on $3,500 for a few months and see how it progresses.

I did try trading a little but found it a bit stressful with all the variances and have now committed to long term hold fo between 6-24 months.
So far after my first month the increase in value was 45% not too bad for a beginner i think but hopefully with better research and buying at the right time I am hoping to get a 10x for the first 6-12 months

I bought into one ICO only and that was Utrust, I have noticed most ICOs now have a fairly large drop after hitting the exchanges so not sure about the ICO investment yet unless you get pre ico with bonuses

I began with a small investment into BTC, after begin introducted to bitcurrencies by a collegue.
Next to that I had an even smaller investment and started doing daytrades, buying several coins or ico's and getting deeper into technical analasys.

You can read up on so much, the community is great and if you're willing to invest time into it, its a great way to earn (in my case loose, then earn Tongue ) some decent money.

My good friend, my friend, who has been interested in all the stories about me. I was afraid of risk, but it turned out that everything was OK and I am very happy now.

Hi there!
I'm just starting studying in crypto theme, could you advise some other trusted media you research, except that forum? Medium blogs may be or something else) There is too much online info on that topic and it's hard to find what to believe and what websites has more expertise than others.
Bitcointalk is beyond the competition, of course

https://cryptodaily.co.uk/the-history-of-bitcoin/ have you ever been on this side? It looks perfect for me even for proffesional cause it has some good info about crypto world.
