Hello traders!

I would like to know how you started trading? Any interesting articles,
videos or guides that you found helpful before you started?
Can you share your opinions and experiences please?

I was introduced by a friend in the crypto trading world. still, remember I was looking for a new source for earning and she was good at crypto at that time. So she told me about trading and helped me a lot during my early days in trading. made some good profit in my early days than after few months converted into the long-time holder.

I don't trust videos cuz mostly will be junk and if you will follow them than chance is high that you will land on losing side.

Personally, I discover crypto trading because of some token I got from bounty campaigns. I learn to trade because of my friends he taught me some things how to trade and through help of some articles online especially in this forum I learned a lot from it. As additional you could also look some tutorial in youtube but I highly recommend to acquire in this forum since it is way more interactive.
I am also a result of bounty hunters luck. That was what I was before. I started trading because of the tokens I gather from ICOs before. There were many icos that gave more money in bounty hunters and that was the reason why some of us change our lives. Because of bounty, we got money to be exchanged and bought in market. But right now, it seems to be impossible to happen.

I don't watch many videos about trading, because all of those videos don't really cover all the implications. We should read more about trading methods and capital management from the beginning, it will be a good foundation for us in the future. But you need to understand one thing, this trade is not easy to master. We need to pay the price for our mistakes in the beginning, that amount can go up to thousands of dollars if you join and don't keep your head cool. I used to be the one who got hit badly by the market and I realize that new traders like you need to learn the best possible capital management before trading.

I also learned trading because of some tokens I got from crypto bounties, I really don't have a plan to become a trader but it makes me satisfies everytime I am checking the market and guessing during that time when is the time to buy and when is the time to sell, and now continuously learning trading as I am earning from it even a little amount of money.

You are doing the right job by not entering without knowledge because with the current situation of the market, you might lose more value, now it is right time to grab the coin because almost all coin prices decreased a lot in the market. A trader has an idea when to enter the market and he will definitely make good profit from it.

it's hard to learn self-taught, and get friends who want to teach everything transparently. I suggest looking for a telegram channel that provides technical education about trading charts and ways to start trading. on average it is not free, but the services provided are very satisfying. I'm not talking about signal / pump and dump groups because there are still channels that teach basic trading that focuses on periodic guidance classes.
Learning to trade is always easier if you have someone to support you and to teach you but that is not always an option, as you say you can pay for the privilege but many traders at the beginning do not really have a lot of capital so they need to save as much money as possible and if that means that they need to take a little bit of more time to learn how to trade then that is how it should be, however if you have a decent amount of capital then it could be a good idea to pay to receive that help and learn how to trade even faster.

I started trading accidentaly, so to say. At first I didn't have some strict plan or strategy and started with really small amounts just to get the feeling. At that time I didn't know if I will stay in trading seriously and for longer time or I was just experimenting but with time I.got really interested and I started to learn and research about trading methods and technique. The best lessons I learned from my own experiences and that is the best receipe but at the begininig it's needed to know at least some basics.

certainly prepared capital and mentality. It is important to prepare your mentality as well because the risk of trading is loss. if you are ready to profit then you must be prepared to lose. besides that information from several channel sources is also not a problem to learn I guess. And go to exchanges that do have a good enough volume.

I started trading because I got inspired from the earnings of my brother. He is a good trader and he is earning at least 20% per month by just trading altcoins in the market and I got curious on how is he doing it and I asked him to teach me how to trade and that is when I started my journey from being a dumb newbie to an educated newbie.

you are lucky if anyone teaches you to be an expert, I'm also interested in trading because of some friends and the bitcoin community, but unfortunately they don't teach me more, just basic and some signals. but not so bad, at least I have a basic and I know how to minimize risk.
Learning is the best thing we can do at any time and learning no time is bad to be thankful to all those people who love teaching and telling you basics of trading. It’s really good to know so many people are now getting in trading and they are making trading more reliable and easy to learn by discussion. I learned and started to trade with my friend and my cousins.

I constantly met information that traders earned very good money from their activities.  Of course, for good results you need to have not only experience, but also a good knowledge base.  I decided to take risks when I had a Populous coin and this coin in a certain period ranged in price from $ 1, to $ 1.40 several times a month.  Thus, I saw the opportunity to buy cheaper and sell more expensive twice a week and it was a very good opportunity for me.  I have never seen such opportunities, but nevertheless I decided to continue to work in this direction.  This is how I began to study trade and learn in practice, but first I want to master scalping.

Before I was ignoring about the trading and also the blockchain and all of the related there, I thought its just nothing like normal transactions and did not have any special, unlike the traditional way. One time my friend ask me if I'm using cryptocurrency because most of the time when we are going outside, he always threat our foods and other kinds of stuff, then I wondered where did you get that money to buy. Then he says I got it from cryptocurrency and that is the start when I curious how blockchain and trading works. I asked him for assistance because I want to earn money too. Then he taught me all the things I needed before I start in crypto first is you must be knowledgeable and always conscious what is happening in the market you must know if the price falls or goes up, next is you must to take risk your investment because the price is volatile no one can assure it will stay profitable and lastly is trust your trades and don't lose hope for trading because it gives you money that can use for your daily living in this world.

I wanted to earn extra income money other from my job and wanted to earn more on my own , i search some ways to do it and got into trading from then to today i constantly learning and making little little money , and now my goal is to become full time trader

Unlike you, I knew trading for a long time now.

Though I knew them, I don't actually do it since I don't have that much money to start it. I also don't know that in that time, cryptocurrencies are already a thing and if I did knew earlier, I would be able to start and know more about it. I started trading something that I am not proud of but it is fun since I talk to people that I want to be.

Take advantage of the great opportunity that life has given to you, the majority of the people in this forum had to learn about bitcoin on their own without any help, to have someone that can help you and that is also part of your family is something invaluable because he is going to genuinely want to teach you how to trade the markets in an effective way and that is something really difficult to find and the best part is that you can use that knowledge in any market if for some reason you do not like to trade the market of cryptocurrencies.

I got started by reading day trading books, joining chat rooms, taking courses, etc. It took a half years of practicing every day before I could break even. One of the most important things I've learned is knowing strategies and learning patterns gets you like 40% percent the way there. trading is all about getting a handle on your own psychology which takes a lot of practice. I can tell you the only real way to successfully trade is to trade differently than everyone else. It doesn’t have to be a major difference, but you need to find an edge that sets you a part from the other 90 plus percent of traders.

Very simple, just bought some coins via ICO and waited for them to get listed over an exchanger. I know that it isn’t proper trade as I am not buying it over trade platform itself but it was how I did for the first time. I started hoarding it over an exchanger and waited for the right price to sell at. This gave me exhausting timeline but over which I learnt many strategies , anyways ended up selling them at loss only. That is how it went for me for the first time.
I don't agree with you. Buying without knowledge is very dangerous. There are many scam coins which will never get listed on any exchange.
