There are lots of way for you to earn bitcoin whether you are a newbie or old member here.

Yeah holding is really a great benefit for us and for bitcoin the coin will get more marketcap and we also need to invite other people so that the demand is increased more higher and the value will also increased.

But you guys is giving him alternative, not the one he wanted to see. He is asking on how to grow or multiply his bitcoin, simply keepin does not suit the things he is looking for. and mining is not a good way to earn a profit, since you need to roi and the risk factor there is the unit malfunction even before getting the ROI. It would be better if he keep buying bitcoin bit by bit, that way he can have a safe method of increasing his bitcoin in stash. but if he is good at trading then that would be better.

Since OP is looking for a safe way then keeping bitcoins and wait for the price to increase might be the best choice but one should know that it has its risk too,

Its just that it is less risky compared to others. Op also stated that he has a .5 btc to grow but I doubt that it is enough to buy a mining hardware and its not that

good because it will increase your electricity bill. Op should just try trading btc to fiat or altcoin trading instead

Yes trading is a good way to grow your bitcoins. I'm a bit scared to join some ICO's nowadays because there are a lot of ICO's that turned to be scam.

Since people already know the hype of HYIP's and cloud mining are scams, they are now making ICO's another way of scamming people.

But of course there are some who are legit that will give you good profit.

The OP does not ask for BTC to grow its value, he is asking how to make his bitcoin grow or multiply, I wonder why does people come into conclusion that holding bitcoin will give them more bitcoins in return. For those who are confused, bitcoin price value is different than bitcoin quantity.

.5BTC is actually can be consider as big investment, but it is a big start for a newbie. Yes it has a better way to grow your coin quickly, that's is you need to buy an altcoins so you can multiply your bitcoin depending on your hand how you quickly absorb it.

People are growing their bitcoins through altcoins now a days but I am not sure about the winning percentage of those altcoin investors, because in my experience before I book profits I faced massive dumps. But that will be a case for all the altcoin investors. That is the reason that many people are still suggesting to invest into altcoins.
