You can better first do some signature campaigns and than make some good money with that and after that invest it into the bitcoin to make some good money with the bitcoin itself.

to me the only choice you have to get money from 100 USD bitcoin is to invest that amount in alt coin and you can only make money there.
I agree with making investment on altcoins trading or bitcoin trading although just for 100 USD of capital, but we must becareful as we know there are many scam coins on altcoins trading. So get return of investment is better strategy before we trade altcoins more. 
i think you can invest the 100 USD only in alt coin, because there you can trade in a cheap alt coin and can get a good sheers with such a small amount of bitcoin, even if you are going to invest that amount in gambling still you are taking risk.

That's a right choice to make as $100 is not too big capital but if you invest in altcoin and if price pumps in future then it can allow you to make some descent profits from it.

I would wait for one of the really good and promissing new projects and invest in the ICO. With a bit of luck you have a enough money afterwards to spread your investment

You can try your luck by gambling or you can try your skill in trading by trading high volatility altcoins. I also choose on alt coin rather than gambling.Even we need to wait for a longer time for making profit in alt coin,at least we still got the profit.Trust me,you can double your btc easily at gambling at short time and you will become addict and in the end,you will lose your $100 or even more.

I only started buying bitcoins at very small amounts, at $20 I think. That has been what I am doing while the price was climbing from $440 to over $600. I have only been able to make a small amount because I have not invested much more than what my budget permits me. Anybody can make money, even from small amounts. But learn how to manage expectations on profit as well. Big risks come with them big rewards or big losses.
