Good day, was there a solution for this? I have my Wallet ID and Password. Lost 2FA settings on the old phone.
I can't access my Dogechain.info wallet.

I sent to blockchain.info an email yesterday, but for dogechain i don't find their support address. Maybe you can help me with that.
dogechain.info has nothing to do with blockchain.info AFAIK.
at the bottom of the page it mentions "Block.io, Inc. Much reserved, such wow."
i think you should contact Block.IO here is the link: https://block.io/contacts

After i enter the 2 fa code it says : Failed to get payload, try again.

if you followed the directions above from EcuaMobi and Aggressor, your next move should probably be to email support.

How do I recover my doge wallet? I have 2 factor authenticator but doesn't let me in. Same with bitcoin wallet.

If you have the 2FA codes, the times sync has to be the issue. I've had it too in multiple occasions.
There is already a good post here on how to sync, read it. However, I'd suggest you try what I write here before and, if it didn't work, after time sync too.

If that also doesn't work, try to press the enter after the 2FA key at different "times". It's rather hard to explain. Basically the other site's 2FA generator may be a little bit out of sync too. It happened to me too.
I will give my examples:
1. site 1: there I have to enter the 2FA key in the first 75% of the time before it expires (on my android). If I do it later than that, it's invalid.
2. site 2: here, iirc, I had to enter the 2FA key in the last 25% of the time before it expires, else it was invalid. That was rather hard to use, so I switched back to SMS auth.

Though I sync my Google Authenticator from time to time, I still have such problems.

Good luck!

So how do i clean my browser of plugins?

Mozilla Firefox:

Click the orange "Firefox" button in the top left-hand corner of the browser window and choose "Add-ons" from the right column of the menu to open an Add-ons Manager tab in the active browser window.
If you are using Windows XP, click on "Tools" from the menu bar near the top of the browser window and choose "Add-ons."
Click "Extensions" to view the installed extensions that add features to Firefox, or click "Plugins" to view plugins that add compatibility and functionality.
Find the add-on you want to disable and click its "Disable" button.
If you want to delete an extension entirely, click "Remove."
Restart Firefox to complete the process.

Google Chrome:

Click the menu icon "≡" at the top right of the browser window, choose "Tools" and choose "Extensions" to open a new "Options" tab.
Uncheck "Enabled" to disable an extension, or click "Remove" to delete it completely.
Enter "chrome://plugins/" in Chrome's address bar to view plugins that add compatibility and functionality, such as Apple QuickTime or Adobe Flash,
Click the "Disable" link under the plugin you want to disable.

So how do i clean my browser of plugins?

again, so little information provided on your part. as a general guide, there should be some sort of extensions/plugins under the "tools" section of the browser, but I highly doubt youd need to remove adblock to use 2FA. the warning is more directed towards suspicious plugins like a free wallpapers toolbar.

Before to ask me for the token it says : Beware of browser plugins!

Some browser plugins contain hidden code that try to steal your wallet. For optimal security, use a clean browser with no plugins installed.

You really need to provide more information, like the exact error message you get.

However since it appears both sites started giving you problems at the same time my guess is your Google Authenticator app got out of sync. Try this:
  • Open Google Authenticator
  • Go to Settings
  • Touch 'Time correction for codes'
  • Select 'Sync now'

If you keep having problems either post more information or contact the sites directly and ask them for help.

Could it be because I didn't use my wallets for about 2 or 3 weeks?

No I didn't. It lets me till the token of the 2 factor authenticator and it doesn't validate it.

with the still little info youve provided, the only thing I can think of is that youve mistyped either your password or 2FA code, double and triple check.

so little information for us to work with here; you should provide info with what wallet (specifically) youre using as well as what type of 2FA youre using at the very least for anyone to be able to help you.
