Well if I wanted to nitpick Id say the address and the post should be part of the message.
Well he is following the template provided by theymos exactly in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hacked-accounts-or-accounts-with-lost-passwords-497545.
I read somewhere that theymos has a leaky queue when it comes to PMs. I am not 100% sure but IIRC he said to resend messages after a few days without answer. Maybe improve the message (include post and address in the message) and try again. This topic is also a good start IMHO as all the admins and mods seem to read everything in the meta section even though they do not reply every time.
