If you want to earn from this forum then you can try these :
Firstly you need to have some skills like designing, programming.
Secondly, you can earn by signature campaign, since you are newbie you cant earn much.so,I will advised you to make good quality post and make your rank higher.
Thirdly, you can do gambling but it is luck based and dangerous.
And finally you can earn by do tradition if you have good knowledge and skill about it.

Read some good topics here in forum you can learn what you want in bitcoin im a newbie before i remembered how id start my life here in forum no one help me to understand i always teaching my self when it comes in bitcoin self study and then read more about bitcoin till i know every thing i want in bitcoin and crypto currencies.

Learning English is probably the best thing you could do for yourself right now. Also why do you ask where to begin when you already in the beginner section ? If you knew how to get here you should know how to look around.

You could start with an online wallet, sign up to a website like blockchain.info then when you learn how to use the bitcoin and if you like it or not then you could move on to installing a Bitcoin software on your computer.
