I usually avoid sign-up FIRST-DEPOSIT bonuses because the wagering requirements are too hard to reach and it's better if you deposit just play with your own funds and you can withdraw them as soon as you think you have won enough, which you can't do if you apply for the First-Deposit bonus.
And as for the other, which is No-Deposit bonus, I don't mind those, they're like a free bonus for you to test the site and if you get lucky and you win and make the wagering requirement in the process, it's great but even if you can't you can test the site and see if you like to play there or not.

Your bonus is same as other casinos offer, such as bitcasino, 4grinz, mbtc casinos. So it is hard to attract new players cause those sites have solid players but you don't have, you are a new casino and sportsbook. Unless you have better terms like 20X-30X rollover, sports betting counts towards to rollover, that could attract more players.
Besides, no deposit bonus it beneficial for players, and good for you too cause you can get more new customers, just my 2 cents.

Managed to get it up to 190 mBTC by the time I gambled 350 mBTC, and then cashed out.

My strategy was playing slots (100% contribution to rollover) followed by playing poker and getting fast money when I got low (poker has 0% contribution to rollover).

Yes I cashed out once in cloudbet*. They have a double your first investment reward for those new investors. I invested a small amount that why I need only a small amount to wage.
