I think we can only change the public view on cryptocurrency by eliminating the bad eggs in the mix, so many people are in to scam people why some are good among us, you can do this by enlighten who ever you brought to the system and tell them to always ask questions when they find anything strange when dealing in cryptocurrency,
And should stay away from phishing site and inpersonate handle mostly on Twitter , also not to send any token or coin to any address ask for promo of getting 10× or less, by doing some of these I think we can curb scam and public view will change with time.

Its not an easy thing to change a fixed minded public opinion, most of the people in the recent past have had a fixed mentality that crypto is a scam and a bubble that in time will bust. This is however not the truth, there has to be lots proof positive campaigns and prove form the coin users that Crypto is not all about scams and theft but rather a revolutionary technology that will only make transactions faster and efficient in the FINTECH arena
Guys we are very much aware how the crypto community through this great forum has helped most of us in terms of our finances but is so heartbreaking that the most of the public views only describes how insecure and unsafe the crypto community is. I do understand that cryptocurrencies are volatile and the issue of anonymity sometimes scares people away but y'all bear with me that if crypto is explained to you and you really understand it properly you would not make wrong mistakes and get swayed away by panic sales or submit your private key as ethereum wallet address. Is it a public campaign or some other form of tutorial that we should organize to help explain crypto to the world because believe it or not the blockchain technology of cryptocurrencies is being admired by most organizations and some of them have decided to run their operations with the use of blockchain technology. Perhaps providing learning to the public is one way to open up great opportunities for blockchain technology to evolve because when the majority of people already know the blockchain well and help in the economic system the country will surely support the existence of the system for the future progress.
By spreading positive news about it. If people make cryptocurrency have its bad status, then we can change that by using the same way. We cannot force the mass media to believe quickly, but if we are enthusiastic enough to make it progress, then we can do it.

This is really a very important issue and I think it is necessary now to change public views on crypto. For this we will have spread the positive news about the crypto more rather than the negativities. We can actually change one's view of crypto currency by compensating for the negative issues that exist in the media by sharing the positive side of the crypto currency. Tell me what avenue is a good way to speak bitcoin and crypto? Facebook? Twitter?. Those 2 giant social media websites have been plague with crypto promotions that's why they are making a hard stance against it. Personally, I have done my share, telling friends and family members on the potential of crypto, but sadly no one listens to I'll just keep mum about it. Let crypto take its natural course and perhaps people will really discover it and at least they do their due diligence to study them unlike spoon feeding them on how to invest/trade.

Very nice topic you raised. I believe that we need to create awareness about the blockchain technology and to achieve this, we need to introduce it into our educational curriculum. That way even our kids will know about it.
Actually it is really hard to change people perception but its not impossible, since hard and impossible are parallel to each other. The truth of the matter is anytime you mention crypto people associate it to fraudulent activities which might be as a result of ignorance. To me continues education and as forum members and our individual behavior can cause this magical change
As a community of bitcoin and crypto lovers our first task is to change the public view of about cryptocurrency and the blockchain entirely because most of the members of the public still view cryptocurrency as a risky investment and that is what draw them away from this great community, so we need to sanitize them on how the network works and ways to cut risk to it minimal level giving them first hand education before they invest in crypto.
For me, we don't have to change their view of Crypto World. We just have to show them how it changed our view and our lives. Well, i guess for me the only way we change the public's view about crypto is show to them how you became successful and achieved something because of it. Showing your achievement and not just simple talk of encouraging them to join crypto is enough to inspire them of doing what you have achieved. We need to give bitcoin a high demand to help it to change the public's view of Crypto world. If we give a high demand on bitcoin, I think the public view of it and I think there are more people having a good life. Also if our government support the bitcoin in our country it will be a help for the bitcoin to change the public view.
