Creating awareness for the early birds and letting people understand what Cryptocurrency is all about (early adopters) now this will make the demand for it to be worth what the community as a whole wants that's increase its value.
We can only increase the value of a cryptocurrency that actually has a worth, a use case or some potential in the blockchain technology.
There are plenty coins with no real value, no real potential, no real use case, just a white elephant project hoping to succeed in ways I do not know how.
By advertising for promising projects, and investing in such projects, we can increase their value and popularity, hence attracting more investors.

new coins are emerging and they only hope at market prices without being fully connected to public utilities in real terms, where these utilities will later build market prices in the future. wise to invest in crypto because not all new coins will make benefit
The value of cryptocurrencies can increase in value by making them usable. Buying, selling and using cryptocurrencies isn't common knowledge. As of now you really have to know what you're doing to get started with no guarantee/backup if your funds get hacked.
Hence the need for practicality, user-friendliness, more security and of course, tactful marketing. If no one knows about the greatest thing ever, it's still worthless. Many of these things can be provided by an ICO creating distributed exchange networks, marketplaces and well-done escrow systems. Still have yet to be perfected and popular. Only a matter of time.

Take a few million dollars and pump the coin to any planet you like.
This is literally the answer to the question. If you wish to increase the price, you gotta get people to invest in it. If you cant get people to invest in it because it's a shitcoin, the only way to pump it is by using your own bank and pump it by buying a huge chunk of the total coins. 
There are over 1500 cryptocurrencies on the market. However, most of these crytocurrencies has little or no value at all. I have been selling several of these cryptocurrencies whose prices are just nothing to write home about.
It is sad to see several cryptocurrencies valuing less than 0.0001 dollars. We, the investor( time and money investors) need to do a lot to cater for this unattractive prices. Some investors are scared of the low prices and hence are not even interested in trading in cryptocurrencies at what?

The only way to increase the price of altcoins is to start the project. Once this has begun they can attract potential investors as the price rises. And of course their project should be unique to attract more investors. It is sad to see several cryptocurrencies valuing less than 0.0001 dollars. The way to increase the value of crypto currency is to buy it at high prices with large volumes. if you are a rich person, of course.
but if you can't do the grave, don't sell your crypto currency at a cheap price.

a crypto, if it has entered the market, then the one who determines the price is the volume, the value of trading activity, and also demand. so, in my opinion, it is difficult to choose an ICO that generates large profits.
at least, we can analyze the prospect of a project by analyzing every content provided by ICO.

If this coin is nothing, we can't do anything about its price. Actually this doesn't make sense. Promising coin and so can appreciate. We have to get out of this red market and everything will fall into place.

investors at this time are afraid to invest in trading ico because most of the time after entering the exchange the price drops to 50% from the price of ico

To speed up increasing crypto prices you have to have a large community and adopt it for sure the price of crypto will increase rapidly
In my opinion, if people will stop dumping their coins and more people would be investing in cryptocurrency in general, market value will perhaps grow. Need to disseminate the good news about cryptocurrency to friends and peers where at least even 10% of those people will be interested in cryptocurrency then most likely it could generate an impact to it's market value.

The crypto currency market is a broad market which controlled by different kind of individuals and we can't have the same point of view. However, the crypto market faced market correction a couple of months which we both but the investors are yet to gain the confidence of investing more and only thing we can do to increase crypto currency is building people confidence concern the market and supporting the utilized coins.

a few millions? haha. you seem to have never checked the volume that some of the shitcoins have when they get pumped! it is more like a few thousands.
not to mention that OP is mainly talking about profit making although it may not be obvious from the things he said. and making profit is so easy when it comes to pump and dumping shitcoins. there are coins that get pumped >1000% with 0.1-1BTC. it may seem like a small amount of profit but you should know that this is happening on a daily basis on a couple of different shitcoins. so the aggregated profit is huge.

Dumping would surely lower the price, which is what OP don't want to happen, so buying a lot is a speedy solution to increase the price.
I agree that such a number of new coins will not be claimed in the future. Everyone wants a single cryptocurrency around the world with cheap and fast transactions - and this is Bitcoin
One of the best methods to increase the price of crypto currency and attracting more people is to advertise or educate the potential investors about the benefits in digital assets to be able to control their assets the way they want it to be. There are 1500 crypto's as stated but not all of them are rubbish there are also tokens that has potential just read its fundementals and do calculated risk to avoid loss.
Stop throwing your money into coins/tokens that are merely a science paper. If people still throw money on useless coins/tokens, people will be motivated to create more useless coins/tokens.
One of the main reasons why certain coins/tokens are worth nothing is simply because, you guessed it, they're actually worth nothing. The coins/tokens we have right now that are actually usable are very very small in percentage.

Thank you senior colleague. You have a strong point here. The useless coin are just too many and there is no need throwing our monies into them.
To increase the value of the crypto you are holding with is by giving the timeline on the roadmap , it has a delivery products so that the investors would be confident enough to share it to everyone in crypto world. With that start, then the community will increase its numbers so many traders and holders will be willing to take the risk. And more updates would be great.
The only real way to increase the value of crypto is to buy crypto. It all comes to moving fresh fiat money into crypto. You can try to popularize it as much as you can, but it's nothing until real money enters the market.
