Thanks for your answer. I already have some unique games and features available only on my website. I don't want to ruin the dev team that worked really hard for them since I'm alone in this project (except dev team that I'm paying from my wallet)

Are you planning to launch a casino? That's a good idea, of course you are very well prepared with all the procedures an online casino requires in terms of promotions. Some of what I know about promotions is of course placing ads in campaigns, creating browsers across all social media channels, then unlocking free sign-up bonuses for early adopters (of course costing a lot of money).
Before going any further, I want to ask you. How far have you come in setting up the casino you currently manage?

I am not a casino owner but I am one of the casino's advertiser by which participating in the casino's own signature campaign. Through signature campaign, a casino owner will be able to advertise the casino which will be shown wherever a participant posted as long as the board where a signature is shown or enabled. Another way to advertise is through ads on social media platforms and also in this forum.

1. Pick up trusted members and pay them to check it out here
2. Signature campaigns and you should always have an escrow for the starters
3. Contact BTCgosu and see how well fare your casino is doing in the review section, make improvements
4. Promos , YouTube videos and etc but only legit ones otherwise it can go down quite fast
5. Keep legal issues on bay and license and everything in terms as well
6. Keeping track of the government laws as well will go a long way since they keep on changing every second
7. Competitions like making mascot etc
8. Extra things like : signature designs and stuff, Announcement thread, making sure to update it and answer the users as well will go a long way.

It is unlikely that casino owners will answer you here, but I would not ignore the recommendations of bitcointalk users with whom they share in your topic. Many of these users are experienced gambling players, so their words should be heeded. And if you find a way to meet their needs, then this will attract them to your side and to your first casino's website.

Since you are launching your casino for the first time, mistakes are inevitable. Treat them as new experience and knowledge, an opportunity to improve your service, and then everything will be in order.

I also think that your act with the creation of this topic is a little naive. Don't expect to get all the answers to your questions so easily. Nobody needs competitors and therefore, watch more experienced colleagues, their actions and study their behavior. Perhaps this way you will be able to learn from their experience.

And don't try to deceive your customers and don't take them for idiots. This will lead to complete failure. Be honest and provide quality service, and then you will succeed.

I certainly agree with this. Most reputable and trusted casino sites these days have gone through this kind of advertising and it could really gain the trust of players. You have to create an ANN thread where you would be able to introduce your site and answer queries. Always choose trusted campaign managers who are well known in this forum.

Honestly speaking casino technicalities I don't have the capacity to talk about this in detail. Because maybe a technician and a more professional team will tell you. I'm just a gambler aka user and nothing more. So actually I really lack knowledge on this one. If it's about the cost then I think you need a large capital as well as experienced in the casino field. At least have a channel that can direct you.

If you feel you are not ready, maybe accumulating experience is much better than creating a casino that is built without careful planning, it will be very useless.

But before going into having sig campaign, much better if most are already in place in your casino. Maybe, as a start, run for bug bounty program. At least, with this bounty program, users will help you find out the possible vulnerabilities of the site so you can address it before fully launching the site. In this phase also, users know that you still need to resolve those possible bugs inside the casino. Also, once launched, expect that you will receive criticisms from the community. Take those as pointers that you can improve the site.

New casino will have a tough time competing the established casino and will depend on budget when it comes to marketing. If the owner has funds I think influencers on streamers will worm. Sponsoring events or athletes just like what stake.com did but seem too much for a new one.

Majority starts with social media and of course there is no exception signature a campaign in bitcointalk. This forum has thousands of millions of hits a day.

I will discuss the advertising side since I'm not a casino operator, everything depends on your allocation if you have a big fund hiring influencers to review your casino and launching a signature campaign will do wonder on your campaign, the best advertising is your reputation, you may have a good campaign but if they find your casino not attractive your retention level will go down, make them stay by offering perks, and responsive to all concerns and issues.

LOL, you asked the question as if every one here is a casino owner, if you really need a clear and accurate explanation/information on your queries, then I advice you seek the advice of an owner of an already very successful casino owners, he or she is the one in the best position to give you the answers you want, aside this, what every other person here (including myself) are going to tell you might just be pure guess and far from accurate, most especially, those of us who don't own casinos.

On the other hand now, I can still through in my own suggestions, and one of those is that you should have it in mind that advertising will cost you alot of money, and I probably think that the cheapest form of advertising your casino right now is through signature campaign on this forum, if you can hire a good campaign Manager who will in turn get get posters depending on your budget, I believe that in no time, you should be having good amount of customers if your casino is good, online ads are also very good but it cost far more, and I don't think you wanna go down that road right now except you have enough money for it.
