So in trading how do you deal with loss? For example you've invested in an alt and now it has fallen quite hard and you're on the brink of losing all your bitcoin you invested in it.
How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?

Maybe I'll kill myself.
However losing all the Bitcoin I invested was a nightmare. maybe I will be trauma and will no longer do Bitcoin business.

One rule one of my best friends has told me about trading:
You can not always buy at a low point and you can not always sell at a high point.
He is right about this, trading is risky and sometimes you will have a loss, but it is part of the game.
Trading is not only risky but very risky and it is not for everyone. Only people that are having good command over nerves are perfect for trading otherwise trading has already put many investors and holders of potential coins into great losses. Your friend is absolutely right and he has very realistic approach towards things.

i keep waiting to bounce back my investment and i control myself calm down not panicking its because risk is a part in the trading sometimes you earn good but not all time you are get good profit, need to petience and need to find the solution how to get back the investment in the ways.
If all time you are get good profit, it is only temporary, in someday, you will loss all your money by your arrogant. Therefore, sometimes I go to work signature campaign or other field but need I work hard and the salary I will receive very small, but it reminded me remember the value of money. Smiley
Whenever you encounter some financial mishap or loss, you first need to admit that it was your fault and try to figure out where you actually went wrong. After that tell yourself that this is not the end of your world, you can get back your money if you will keep working hard and then stay committed until you don’t earn enough to forget your loss.

For me, I deal with it like it's part of the trading process. It's not everyday that you make a winning trade so there will be some losses on the way. You just need to keep moving forward.

I don't or at least I try not to. If I'm in loss I usually hold until I can sell for a profit. For example I'm still holding my sia coin and hopefully one day I will be bake to sell for a profit however things aren't looking too good right now. And of you do make a loss just move on, there's no point to be mad.

Loss is good as long as it is in the right time,  I mean is sell coin before the price getting lower, its called cut loss.  So when  the price reach the bottom  that you think it will not going down anymore than buy it again.

A loss is a loss, I just let it be and say that its a loss for me. In investing and trading there are times where you just have to accept and go on with it because that is how the business go. Take time to review about what happened and take in whatever lesson you could take. Learn from your loss or mistake.

HODLing is the best way to deal with loss. or you could loose more.

Correct. The problem is some of the bitcoin buyers cannot hold their patience. They tend to panic and somehow do a wrong decision.
Some of them just get in for quick money which is noy how bitcoin really flow.
Yes the profit is fast but it takes a little time. If they just want it for a day then they should have just gambled it.

You don't have to worry about that. It is just a paper loss. You know, only unrealized loss. As long as you are still not selling it, you can't consider it as a LOSS. And you know it is normal that prices tend to go down (unless you invested in shitcoins, that's what they call it). When you are confident and you've research so much about the coin that you invested, you don't have to worry when its price fall down. Just hold and it will pump eventually. Just be patient. Do not sell at loss. Always remember that.

When I encountered loss in trading, I always telling myself that loss is normal in the trading. Because of the loss that I encountered, I have now many knowledge and I use it to generate more profit.

Yes of course, we will not die every time that we experience loses. This is all normal as a human being and what we should do is accept and move on and call it a day. Also make this as learning for making our mistakes a chance to strive and try harder. Be always optimistic in life and don't trade when you're really down.

if stuck high prices and prices back down, then buy the lowest price,
and if it has gone up, you can sell and your capital will come back even if you can't profit.
We don't know when we buy again at the low price whether the coin will go up, I think it will increase your risk, but if it really rise it can return your capital and if the price drops it will add to your losses.

take a cup of beer. then go outside, play football or coffee with friend. then forget about it.
This will definitely soothe us and it is also useless to cry over spilt milk. I think, we learn from our mistakes. If we will make it today, then maybe we can save us from bigger troubles tomorrow. There is no need to get upset about the loss because in trading, we always have the chance to recover it. Next time, just work in a smarter way. Keep on moving in the forward direction no matter how hard the obstacles get.

If I were in that situation, it all depends. If I see there is hope I better wait. But if I see no hope, I will cut the loss, despite losing a lot. because it is actually often I experienced, but I am still trying to recover my capital to be able to keep trading and benefit more.

When I lose in the trading or gambling, I always telling to myself that it is all right and it is part for becoming a good trader. I know that I will gain a lot of profit by learning in my mistakes.

Yeah you're mistake is a chance to try harder and this can help us to make a better person.
Well like you, when I lose I just call it a day and move on. Sometimes I just eat comfort foods instead of thinking what I lose. This is I always do and really works for me everytime.
Getting stressed cant really be avoided specially when we see that we are losing money this is why easing it would really be helpful for our future trades and learning from our mistakes is always suggested when it comes to trading because when we are already experienced enough on this field we would already know the things we must supposed to do when it comes on unexpected things happen along the way.
That’s a good way of dealing with your loss. You can also try to busy yourself in other things or involve yourself in some stress relieving exercise like yoga …etc. These things will help you in avoiding panic situations and strength to hold on your bitcoins. Wait for the right and come back sensibly to recover your loss efficiently.

anyone who is doing trading for usual basis he understand that the loss and profit are very common and you don't nee to do any thing with it. if you trade the coin for the long term then you should have to believe in your investment and your coin and just leave it or hold it. loss will be temperary and soon it will come back too its track.
