The answer is never invest more than you can afford to lose, or stress is normal as happiness.

Honestly best way to deal with stress is sex.
Try it.
Thank me later  Wink
edit* someone suggested to go outside, well it won't help you with stress better than sex, but it will help you.

always be comfortable with the amount you risk to lose, and be okay with losses, they're gonna happen. As long as you don't invest money you need for living, you'll be fine.

You cannot avoid a stress, but you could minimize it. Try to use cocaine price notifications, it will help you to stop checking price every 5 min.

Besides all the advice everyone has given already, if you trade long enough you almost don't feel stress anymore.  You get a sense of how markets work and what to expect, and also how to plan accordingly incase your decisions aren't turning out how you thought.  Basically always have a plan b to every action in place and think 3 steps ahead.

Invest long term and don't think if the price go low.

If you believe in what you invested there is no need to worry  Grin

remove as much of the risk as possible...

store your coins on a device dedicated for storing crypto. I recommend wiping any device you plan to use for this and set it up properly and of course to not use this device for anything else (as well as leaving it offline as much as humanly possible). Also look into hardware wallets, store all the big name coins on a hardware wallet and store all your small alts offline on a paper wallet or on your dedicated device. Don't store on exchanges, that solves alot of the risk.

Decide before you even take the trade what your goals are. Is this a long term thing? you want to hold it for years? months? set yourself a point where you will sell if the trade moves against you, or only put in what you are 100% willing to lose (especially now).

Define your risk to something you are comfortable with so you can sleep at night. Once you take a trade you need to keep it on unless it either A: hits the price you decided you will sell at if it moves against you, or B: it rises to where you want to take some profit. Don't focus on it, look up the price 1x in the morning and 1x at night, after that enjoy the rest of your day. Don't listen to others unless it's something you can verify as truthful. I can't tell you how many times I've seen stock analysts be completely wrong about a stock they are talking about, the same applies to the crypto market.

Also, traders that trade less tend to be more profitable. Playing the whole sell at the top to rebuy the bottom is hard to do. Just hold and be happy with the profit you do make, and keep your eye out for good altcoins to do the same with.

I just go out from the market and do other things that are worth of my time because there is nothing can help for my stress in the market if i will just stick with it everyday, i'm always trying to do other things like read some books or spend some of my time in nature so i can be relaxed and feel refreshed.

technical analysis is key for trading crypto, dont listen to those that dont. when you observe the prices and charts, you'll soon find a pattern which traders adhere to.

take deep breathes. and only use gambling money.

My advice would be to set decent stop/loss limits and don't risk more than 5% of your equity per trade (or 1% of your total capital). I know you won't make a killing this way, but you are playing it safe and can get returns of 4% to 8% per month even when the market is bearish.

I got into altcoin trading just recently, a week or so ago.
Honestly I never dealt with exchanges before and this is all new to me but it's both fun and very stressful. I'm not a big time player, in fact I started out with nothing and just mined some Hush, sold that and bought ARK/Waves/Shift/Espers. I own maybe $500 worth of coins right now lol, but I plan to increase this.
However stress is getting to me. I keep checking the prices, trying to buy low and sell high and I do that at work now as well and even dream about it. I dreamed Espers was getting pumped and my exchange closed Espers trading and I woke up all pissed off and sweaty and cursing the non existent exchange.
I'm not very interested in the tehnology I just want to trade as I find that a lot of fun. But I need to deal with the stress somehow Grin

It's fine for people like you to get strees, same like me when start trading or get loss. But every one has the same problem with different solutions. Try to fix your strategy with long time period with wise management, use only 60% from your money. If you feel strees just hang up your pc and get some rest, that's the easy way to still fresh. Good luck.

i don't trade much because like you said it's come with too much stress, i prefer to play passively, buy cheap coin wait for the pump, next dump and repeat or i just buy mining rig or good pos coins and they do everything for me, i earn money without doing anything
