I simply start accumulating and stop selling. I feel a little worse than in a bull market because when we're going up I have a greater need to buy stuff, much of it ending up being unneeded purchases that I waste my coins on. Low prices make me become more careful with the way I spend money.
If it wears you up, stop checking prices. Have a break and come back in a month or two. We aren't going to new highs in a month so you won't miss a lot.

Whenever their is a bear market am always happy, we are having lot's of coins in crypto space now and most of them are scam coins, bear market always allow us to know the good coins, because whenever their is a bear market, most shit coins don't survive it. Also I believe bear market always give us opptunity to bag more coins at a very cheaper rate, so whenever their is a bear market I always bag more coins and wait for the bull run.

How do you feel when the bear market is happening and do you hate it?. Every time a bearmarket happens, I always have valuable lessons that the bull market doesn't have. So always be grateful when the market goes down, it gives us many lessons, lessons about emotions, lessons about capital management, trust and patience.
There's not much that can be done. As for feelings, it will obviously make you feel more stressed and certainly hope to return to a profitable position soon. It's simple, for people who have more spare money can buy more for long term profit. Meanwhile, for people who no longer have finances that can be used when the market is down like this, waiting is the solution.

the approach in the market deviates from one person to another because it depends on their financial capability as well as goals with their funds. as we know that a declining market is a very good opportunity to collect more, that is, if you have long-term plans with your coins. because definitely, the market is not always at the bottom, it will always go up at some point.
but for short-term plans, you need to be very cautious on where you are spending money because a lot of alts won't give you the target profits you want. most of the time, you will incur loss if you missed the exit point for the coin.

Well the fact that there is a Bearish market is an opportunity option, where many see sadness I see the opportunity to buy, it is something like buying in the DIP, that will always be a good strategy, but not buy everything, but buy in a grained way According to the money one counts. It is known that any market that is of a speculative nature, when it is Bearish or Bullish is normal, in this case when it is Bearish for some traders they also take advantage of to win with the movement, I do not have such skill, I only see interacting with the cheap purchase and save.

For me, the key to this market when it is bassist, is to take advantage of if I have money available and I think so the whales think.

I feel nothing these days. It’s the new normal, whenever bitcoin is going down trend I would just keep doing what I am doing in the ordinary day. It’s pointless thinking about it’s downtrend and getting suffered with your work. Right now I just keep putting few bucks now and then into it as this is good opportunity for me to buy. So coming down to the emotions I’m happy that it is in Down trend, it’s new opportunity and it’s upto us whether to grab it or be fearful about it. As long as I’m not selling I know very well I’m not loosing anything. Smiley

Bear markets are great. This is where all the real building happens. Also weeds out a lot of the noise that bull markets bring. Love it when feeds aren't filled with people just talking about the price! :p

How do you feel when the bear market is happening and do you hate it?.
I never feel sad about the bear market because it is something I know will happen after the halving effect market. For the record, in every investment environment, people have to welcome the bear market because it strengthens the market and presents more profit opportunities for investors.

Every time a bearmarket happens, I always have valuable lessons that the bull market doesn't have. So always be grateful when the market goes down, it gives us many lessons, lessons about emotions, lessons about capital management, trust and patience.
I am glad you understand this benefit which is always introduced by the bear market but the problem we have is that most investors don't focus on the benefits of the bearish trend and all they do is complain about losses whereas they didn't make if they hold their bag.

It is quite common to think of investing when the market turns downtrend. Very few take it an opportunity whereas majority of the users have a positive mind about the market to turn bullish. This majority users will keep on looking for an opportunity to buy even lower. Till the end the majority don't make a buying. Finally when the market bounces back, regrets for missing the opportunity to profit.

The few times I've experienced that, right now I've felt normal. Because indeed the Crypto market is so volatile. During the 3 periods through the halving period this incident becomes like a cycle that must be passed. We must not fight the market, we just have to follow it. Of course, by doing asset management, it will certainly make us feel calm. There is no need to panic I guess this period will end and change uptrends. If we have funds, of course the time is right enough to increase the stock of some crypto assets that have good fundamentals and good long-term predictions.

Absolutely, love it. I have little worry about the long term, so the short term downtrends just allow us to earn more Bitcoin than we would've been able to if it was in constant uptrend. I mean, anyone that's planning on holding more than two years, should probably feel the same way. In an investment you want to earn as much as possible, before it bangs up in price, and stays there.

If you're a trading it's a different story, but I've never been much for trading too much risk for me, and I definitely don't have the knowledge on how markets or the economy function, at least enough for me to gamble my Bitcoin away.

I was sensitive to bear market in 2018. I first thought it would be a thing that would blow over in a matter of a few weeks, but it didn't. And, excluding a few brief moments of improvement, the price stayed low for more than 2 years. But it recovered, and I believed even then that it would. So now I'm not emotional about the bear market or the bull market. When it's bear, I just try not to sell BTC if possible. I see that people here also seem accustomed to it and see it more as an opportunity than a tragedy.

The hunt for the "low" prices are more interesting ... than receiving the reward for the Bull market prices. Yes, it is nice to make huge profits, but you always feel sad when you have to let go of those coins you hoarded for such a long time.  Roll Eyes
This is one of the most exciting parts of a bear market. During a downtrend, accumulation and packing your bags with cheap Bitcoin is really fun especially if you are aware of the price level every time you buy, especially doing Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA), the best method during a downtrend too.
Another thing is doing charts, the technical part, identifying some price actions, history prices, and or moves of the market so you will get familiarized and able to identify the next move.

It depends a bit on how the bear market looks like for me. If there is a big crash and prices drop quickly than it hurts intitally, but very quickly I realise that it's a good opportunity now to buy at thes low levels. Like you said it's not really a bad feeling but rather a feeling of a new beginning. Only looking at old positions which are deep red is not healthy, we should rather look at the opportunities ahead of us, even if it takes some time to get there. What is more hurtful to me is the situation we are in right now. It seems like a bear market, but it feels more like a side wars trend. Prices are fluctuating heavily but but really much in one direction. There is no clear trend, up or down.

Bitcoin is now in an accumulation phase, I expected an even stronger fall down, but so far everything indicates that this level is being held well. Now it is difficult to say what will happen next, I don't exclude that a downward movement is still possible, so for now I do not buy, I wait and watch. Sometimes in the straits I can buy a little for short-term transactions, but I now expect most of my deposit in stablecoins. A market downturn is always frustrating, but we have no control over it, so we just have to wait.

How do you feel when the bear market is happening and do you hate it?

To tell the truth, when a bear market starts, I start opening short positions  Wink
That would be a logical thing to say but we do know that most traders wouldn't actually immediately follow that part because we have seen here time and again that most people instead of confirming that we are in the bear season believe it is just a correction which would reverse in the coming days/week after, we can now say it is a bear season however if you have been in the system for some time and you have come to agree with the different season of the market then, you must have realized that the bear market is just another opportunity to buy some more even if most of us don't actually like seeing the RED market.

Then what do you do during the bear season?
Me? I simply buy some coins to hold and wait for the next Bullrun so I can sell them in profit.

The bear market is not the end but the beginning of a new and better start, the bear market is a measure of our confidence in the market. Worthy rewards will only come to those who truly believe in the market.
Perhaps, it was an opportunity. Many had hated this situation especially when you bought coins during the last day of Bullrun but the others had considered this as an opportunity to earn more profit from crypto.

Well, of course, I understand those people who get angry, people like they are not really prepared for this. It is to realize that we need some market analysis for at least we can anticipate the possible incoming trend.

I am one of the weird people that will be excited when there are a Bear market, because it is an opportunity to buy more bitcoins... and by the time when the Bull market hit, I start feeling sad... because there are a high probability that I have to sell some of those coins.

I think market need to be regnant first when is downtrend. But I don't know why many people are afraid of the downbeat market. I think they have to understand the probable of Bitcion because Bitcoin are digital assets that will become worthy as the time fade away.
