we know that john mcafee is an ambassador paid by ico or a project to attract many investors and make the project more interesting. every tweet that he made is always paid high, therefore I consider it is a natural thing and the ads that are in coinmarkercap is an automatic ad that comes from google adsense.

That is a marketing strategy to get payment from ads. As far as I know, their service to add new coins/tokens to their list is totally free, despite the terms and conditions to apply CMIIW. They will not earn any money other than the ads serving. Do you think it?
That is not a big problem for me. So, I ignore it.

From this announcement it becomes immediately clear that for a project that is advertised in this way only a sharp rise in price is important. They are not going to create any technological revolution in their segment.

It's not an issue to me so Docademic paid John McAfee for them to be advertised by him and as part of marketing, they will use his tweet as a way to get more investors.

This is how the ICO thingy works, if you have more budget to advertise your project has higher chance to gets successful. And lately, if you saw those exchanges that listed MTC on their platform got buffed by a lot of traders so it only means that advertisement was effective.

Speculation and advertising is the engine of the trade. How else can you attract investors, only in this way,  but you do not have to believe in it, you better stick to your opinion.

There was a time when Mcafee tweets used to pump a coin up fast but not that much anymore. Advertising on CMC with a pump tweet is just silly for the coin ICO doing it.

Person like johm mc affee i am personally hopping he can contribute more then just shilling shitcoin. But i dont know him. As far as i know every coin he shilled will crash after listed in exchanger. Crypto is not his speciallity he is founder one of the best anti virus but i dont think he is good in crypto. People like this who will destroy a whole crypto and make crypto loses trust.

I'm curious about what the advertiser thinks, maybe this tweet is a project achievement for him or her

Funny ads that shake my stomach. I laughed out loud when this ad appeared in my browser, this is not the first time I've seen some tweets or opinions from John McAfee advertised in CoinMarketCap, but I think it's the funniest ad

How do you feel after seeing this ad?
Will the content of this speculation tweet be a reality if advertised? Ha...ha...ha

Made me laugh out loud in the office! What were they thinking indeed..

Seems like some people fall for these types of marketing campaigns though. It's not funny because so many people get scammed and they are those that don't deserve it. Most probably they are "non-techy" people like grandmas or grandpas. This is why facebook and twitter banned crypto-related ads.

I do not really feel any way when I see tweet of speculation advertised on the coinmarketcap because I see it as way of them marketing their project in other to attract investors to participate in the project.

It looks so shady as fuck, but honestly, I'm delighted to see that SEC has been threating mcafee to stop his shill and yelling again to the ico. and then finally this is an excellent news

I remember ico was paying around 100k dollars to be shouted by mcafee.

I think John needs to find another way to continue his promotional business, very unfortunate if he doesn't continue this promotional business ha...ha...ha

There is nothing wrong about this add because this is part of their marketing strategies to promote their projects so that they could attract more investors and CMC is also clearly that no problem with this as long as they will get paid and earn thru advertising which is their main market of having this CMC site.

You are right and actually, I don't blame them but I just feel this ad is like a joke

its a good strategy of marketing when he pay for advertising he will ge more of he pays for it.for example he pays $ 1k and then he gets $ 1 million from investment
This ads is really full of hype, lol. He’s a big guy but It doesn’t mean he can fool people to invest on that kind of coin. Enough for this kind of advertisement, don’t believe on any advertisement under his name because your money is in risk if you invest, learn from your own and know the history of this guy.

I feel that it's a paid ad, like all other ads. Low quality ad may I add. I can't even explain it, like, "Buy this because Mcafee thinks it's going to go 8x." You have to be naive to go, "Oh wow!, Really?"

I feel like seeing a fucking signal on the telegram pump channel, yes so far tweet from John McAfee is quite efficacious to make Fomo in the market, but I think this coin will not grow 8x by the end of July and will be dumped in the near future, learn from XVG pump incident

A probable explanation is that these frequent tweets from McAfee advertised in CoinMarketCap are a result of ridiculous promotion. There is a small chance that ICO investors will believe in McAfee for their investing decisions. Because the current investors of ICO projects are significantly different from those of last year ICO projects in several key respects. They are more prudent, cautious and wise enough to realize that McAfee is just an actor in the blockchain production.
