For the question of like, well i like it free! Tongue

But of course you need to toil to earn, so I get it from mining with alt coins and then selling for btc. I have a GPU. Also I earn with cloud mining, using cex. you can check my sig. I earn by trading GHs share and with the mining results it gives while holding on the GHs.

And you can also earn from various sources, some sell their sig, also some earn through faucets and paid to click sites.

Cheers
Balanghai

I'm not really sure how this works, care to elaborate?
I checked out the website, it seems you can purchase 1 GH/s for 0.1BTC, how much can you earn with it?
How do you even use it  Huh

You should look at this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--317001 and then many others on cex first. As always take in both sides presented to you and make your own descisions.

free bitcoin faucet

i'm sure captcha is easy by solver standards, so you could possibly set up a bot for this faucet

Me myself got 0.4 btc from some freebies/faucets 0.4 btc from sig space and the rest from mining

I would prefer to be simply mining for the rest of my life, if it was easier

Buying is definitely the easiest especially if you are looking for larger amounts. Mining scrypt coins if you have cheap electricity. To get started collecting small amounts there are lots of giveaways from the gambling sites on this forum and also faucets can payout if you have a lot of time on your hands.

You can mine profitable scrypt coins with ATI video cards and further on sell them for 80+% of the original cost. Even losing a bit and paying for electricity, they pay for themselves and spare you the hassle of sending money and personal docs to an exchange, paying fees along the way, and trusting that exchange. It's a matter of preference, I guess.

Has mostly everyone just purchased Bitcoin outright? I have now purchased some bitcoin and I feel like I should just store it in an offline wallet and let it sit for a few years. How did you guys earn the bitcoin you have in your wallet as of right now? How are you planning to use your bitcoin in the future?
