I know that for some of you, you can withdraw it directly to your bank account using wallets like coinbase but this feature is not available for many countries.
Since its not available in my country too I always withdraw my bitcoins from my address to payza then from payza to payoneer (by using exchangers).

Haven't tried using Coinbase, however I think that you are spending too much time and money on exchanges. Anyway, I'm using only one exchanger, Kraken, to turn my Bitcoin
into Euro. Since international deposits to bank accounts in Greece take too much in fees, I've created a free Mistertango bank account which offers free bank deposits for EU residents. On top of that, the offered debit card is free of charge, hence, I don't spend any money on fees and simply withdraw my money using a simple bank ATM.

So far I only used the bitcion debit card which is probably the most expensive way but I normally just pay for things I need using the card then it's not so bad in fees.

How do you guys withdraw your btc?
Here in our country, my friends and I who were using bitcoins are withdrawing our btc through the use of one of the features provided by our country's provided bitcoin wallet to store up our bitcoins. We just need to get verified into our wallet to  be able to withdraw our bitcoin because the wallet has partners that are accepting bitcoin to cash and withdraw it through the use of e-Cash in which we are sent by a specific instruction for us to be able to withdraw or pick up our money to our chosen partner to withdraw our bitcoin.

To withdraw your bitcoin to cash is very simple, what you just need to do is to register with exchangers or platform that changes bitcoin to cash and do the normal verification needed by the platform, you can also sell your bitcoin to an individual and take cash or cash out your money through bitcoin ATM if you are in a country that have such facility.

Well, I must be lucky to belong into a country in which our wallet for bitcoin has the feature that we can withdraw our bitcoin into real money directly from bitcoin through our bank partner without the need of converting it first into our national currency. The wallet we use to store our bitcoins has a lot of local partners which accepts bitcoin withdrawal through the use of sending e-Cash on a specific partner and just picked it up in any way they have requested but I mostly use to get partner with a bank in which they do not apply extra pay in exchange of withdrawal of bitcoin so I can get my money instantly without getting lessen because of the extra charges.

I have a local wallet which i store my bitcoins and it is very easy to convert from bitcoin into cash or vice versa because it has a real time rate for bitcoin which is a really big help for me and because of that local wallet, i can withdraw my bitcoins easily and without any problem but after the year of 2017, i will not withdraw my bitcoins anymore because i will hold them for a year.
It is the best way because now there are a lot of the wallets that are holding bitcoin for the long time and it is very easy to use your bitcoin anytime and anywhere. The price of the bitcoin will be very high and the investors will give them the return in the coming days. So I like to use the paper wallet and the blockchain for the fast transaction.

I withdrew mine using my coins.ph . As far as I know, this is the best wallet in our country, its a user-friendly. I convert bitcoin into peso,  then withdraw it thru cardless atm, or remittance center. But I prefer more the cardless atm, although there's just specific bank that accepts to withdraw it thru cardless atm but it is near in our house so i prefer it, rather than thru remittance center which requires many information or details before you get your cash.

I am not sure how it works in your country, but in my country, there is only one wallet that I hear to be used by everyone. In the wallet, you can convert bitcoin to the local currency and then cash it out through banks, cash card, cash pick-up, coins cash card, or door-to-door delivery. You can receive your cash out immediately or later depending on the cash out method you will choose.
