That's good way. I play from faucet on Pocket Dice - there is 1000sat/10min (during Christmas 2000sat/10min)

whenever i am tempted to gamble, i gamble
. But only with what i am comfortable with.I tell to myself that the money i lost wasn't mine and it got donated to someone who needed it more than me.
And then move ON!
Since i am using a bitcoin. I think it is not a big deal to redepoait. Because we need to wait for coinfrination that spend some times and we should be able control our emotion

if you find it hard to stop you really need to be careful, you might lose much more than you can afford.
If you can't afford to lose, don't bet on it. If you have gambling problem, get a professional help. Anger and rage is not good for your health. Gambling should be for fun, not for living.
Never gamble the money you not afford to lose. Just quit play it

In most cases, I will withdraw.
If I think I will be able to recover it, I might deposit again.
When I lose my coins on gambling, I will make a new deposit to try my luck and to get my initial deposit back. It doesnt matter anymore whether I win or lose, I will then stop for that day and try again in the next day
Just gamble what is in that account if you loose don`t go back to that site, if you can`t stop, try to minimize your betting.
Personally I only gamble for fun. I wouldn't recommend trying to make a profit because if worst case scenario happens you're in an even worse position than when you started.

After every big loss, I try to promise myself not to gamble again , which has been filled for the last 1.5 months.

When you loss a significant amount of money once, you play more to get it back. It means you wager more. You then find yourself in a martingale curse and you ll be destoyed to the ground. Only 1/100 or less is lucky to break that curse and maybe with + moni.
