When I don't have money anymore to keep continue I know the time has come to stop. I keep money apart in some other wallet to play now after having bitter experiences. I still in spite of winning at star and stop playing for few minutes come back and keep playing. It is not greed of making more but I can not stop me until winning amount is busted again.
For me if you think you can not make any profit better to stop because you will never made any profit there better to stop.. if you are always losing there. so better to find other gambling site or stop if you are addicted in the game and you need help with your friends and family..

I stop gambling if my deposit was gone. My method is to buy in for the maximum amount at a table, and quit when I am ahead. How much ahead? Anywhere from 10% to 100%. My winnings are seldom at risk, because I take them off the table when I leave. When I sit down to play again (hours later, or the next day) I once again buy in for the maximum amount at the table. This method works (usually) because I have a slight advantage against many of the players I play against. Putting bankroll in minimum and sitting it just like that would help, if that amount was busted then quit, no need to make a desperate move to regain... If you win, just make your small bankroll double and withdraw your winning after then try again the next day... Too much urge on winning big amount would just jeopardize your bankroll...

That is why you should make some limit on how much win and loss so you can know how to stop it. I know everyonr sure is greedy enough because money is everything in this world, without money you cant do thing and that is how people want money that much and gambling like a lot because it is easy money if you know how to do it

I'm wondering how many are able to do that though. If you would get $5, you wouldn't stop there because you'd want $6. And then $7 and so on until you loose all. And then you'll regret it. Unfortunately, it happens most of the time. If you can control this, you're amazing.
Well i dont have similiar control as those you saying, i make one or two bets and stop winning or loosing, then i get back to the real world with the wish of gambled complete. Soo usually you cant ilude yourself that you will always win and get the pot, just some and few able to earn from gamble.
