I like to write down my strategies in an excel sheet where I also track results. I try to stick to the plan, but I must say in times of major market movements this can be difficult. The feeling in the underbelly can be overwhelming, but after a few weeks sticking to the plan mostly pays out.

According to the trading views there is too much difficult thing to control the emotions I think trading ups and down make the emotion good and bad and happy and angry but I think the main thing is to be normal in term of loss or continue down in price because market ups and down are depend on situation on the market and the market situation Is not remain same every time, I personally understand this market situation and believe on this and make in control my emotions and if market goes down I wait may be for long time but don’t feel panic because I understand the market is not remain same it changed according to the market.
I agree with your point. We need to understand the rules of the up and down of the crypto market can manage our emotions in the best way. But to practice emotional management, we do not just learn the theory, we need to experience. New failure leads to success, do not be afraid to challenge.

The most passing terrible things within the dealer area unit our feelings. typically on the off likelihood that we have a tendency to area unit freeze giving or getting with the bitcoin. This happened on account of the event of its estimation. we should always management our feelings on the off likelihood that we do not management it they the one can management North American country. we should always fancy slightly reprieve and unwind a minute, and at that time back yet again, suppose very well the subsequent stage.

Personally, I always stick to my trading strategy. In general, emotions in trade are bad. Try not to succumb to emotions when you trade. Always try to adhere strictly to your trading strategy.
Yeah, try to control your emotions while trading.. Even when you are real life, never let your emotion control you because it will create a lot of disaster which you do not ever want it to occur. There are many courses which teach you how to control yourself as well as your feelings. If you do not waste your money in those courses, you can buy some books instead

I think to manage your emotions is one of the most difficult thing to do even as a experienced trader because you can see that even they are pros they still have emotions because they have greed.

True, controlling our emotions is the hardest part specially when you don't know exactly what to do.  Sometimes i dont want to check the btc price because i don't want to make a wrong moves.

When the price are falling,  i just set aside my investment and look for other work at home to divert my attention from trading.

That is my problem right now,  i get panic when bitcoin price goes down and my money becomes smaller.  Sometimes i cannot control myself from selling and buying again because i am expecting that btc will rise. I am now learning how to control my emotion.  Trading is not an easy job.

Trading is not very easy job particularly if you don't know how this crypto market works.

If you bought good coins then it is not a loss unless you already sold those coins. I suggest you can average down your prices by buying some more of them and hold for prices to go up again. But it all depends on what kind of coins you traded.

Another suggestion if your new to crypto trading then just buy only those top performing coins or just Bitcoin whenever there is some correction and sell at a profit or just hold them for long-term to make a profit.

So whatever you do, do always remember to overthink that you do and never got with your instinct.

I just tell myself that I won't pull out until I get a little over the amount I invested. If you're not patient enough, you'll  be disappointed.

Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?

I usually do not make any decision when i am emotional.  I am also more aware of the common thing in trading like, the usual up and down of the price.  Sometimes,  it is much better to hold than make any short period of trading.

I think you should try as much as possible to always stick to that original trading plan you had in mind because your head was pretty much clear when making those plans and decisions. Panic trading won't do any good cause most times it results to failures , just only a few times that ot is profitable. Well of you loss you can always be optimistic and try again with the original plan, am sure it would work.

Most of the time when i usually trade i always remind myself not to go beyond my threshold in a repetitive manner. Sometimes I write it down on post-it notes just in case I go full retard on trading. I rarely hit losses, and when I do, I immediately call it a day as soon as I hit my acceptable loss for the day. The key is being disciplined all throughout and you will control your emotions.

I always write on paper what I will do if the price goes up or down or stays the same. And I do exactly what I wrote. That always helped me evaluate the situation and make good trades.

I have mistakenly making decisions in trading. But those mistakes gave me some lessons. Now i can manage my emotions because of those mistakes. If the markets are crashing, then just HODL. Patience is always the best way to earn.

As a trader i dont advice to accept decisons based on emotional feelings. Emotions is root of all devil in trading. If trader cant trade with clear mind and feel bad about losing posiitons and good about increasing posiitons sooner or later he/she will lost his balance to whales in volatile market. Managing emotions require experience and it can not be gained ever night trading. If you need advices about how to control emotions go for other activities till you are sure about challenge.

I'm doing my best to change things for the better but it's not up to me, so I do not get upset , I tell myself I did everything I could, Today I lost, tomorrow I will win.

Wow, A great confidence, thinking positive result help us to control our emotion when there's a hindrance in our goal, like earning money.

The best solution to manage our emotion is the experience, because if you have this you have a right decision and you know the best time to earn money.

I manage my emotion by just doing something make me happy. Here in crypto everytime the price of many coin down i just didn't look the the and move on in some few days to control my panic emotion.
- I think instead you find something happy to avoid problems, you should focus on the problem and find a way to deal with it, your emotions are panic, you should try to face and get used to it, this may be very difficult but gradually you will feel easy. Leaving and not looking at the price will never be the wisest way to manage emotions in this market, it only makes the fear become bigger, sometimes it also causes you to get more losses, so hear me, face it, you can avoid it now but you can not avoid forever

I'm drawing up a trade plan. It indicates the point of sale and purchase of coins.
I put stop losses for each order. I keep track of price changes. The plan has changed only in case of emergency.
