I voted for "em-bee-tee-see". Bitcoin is a strange unit. I have been saying "Milli-Meter", "Milli-Amps" but I can't get round saying "Milli-Bitcoin". I don't know why? 
I read it as 20 MegaBitcoin, why turn to the tiny side of things. A Megabitcoin perhaps is 100 bitcoins

Twenty MilliBitcoins. However I believe there is a much more efficient way. I never had to say it aloud so I haven't thought too much about it yet.
