Last year when btc hit $1000,i thought it has reached its end and that it will reverse but this year its moving between $10 - $11k, it shows the price is very high than last year, but as per % change, it may be a different thing.

I think bitcoin prices have decreased compared to last year.
The price of btc around this month last year is just 1k USD, So comparing BTC's price last year to this year, I can say that the price of BTC is still high. Well, no one would have expected BTC to reach 10k~20k USD in just a year,. February 27, 2018, 04:21:04 PM
In the first one fourths of the year now is a bit low than last year, cause i remember last year, the price of bitcoin in the first months was skyrocketing then took a big dip during summer bit it easily came back up within the next 4 weeks, but this year the price has been especially low and there is no sign of coming back up again until march.
