Hi there,

I've started trading a few months ago with a very small amount and it was quite effective for me. 80% of my trades are based on technical analysis and 20% on rumors, tweets, announcement, etc.

I'm curious what is the most common technique do you use for trading?

Good luck,

what you do is the best thing you can do in crypto currency markets and to be more sure you should always check the rumours and the tweets, ... to know the news and the hype because most of this market is based on the hyip and rises happen with that only.

Rumors for me as well. Actually I had a bot developed for exactly this about a few months ago  which looks into the market sentiment about a coin and based on that I trade. But things get really complicated, so I just rely on normal trading while investing big amounts in coins I hope will do good in the future and I later sell them in the long term.
In general, a bot would be more effective because it makes decisions faster than you could do. But I wouldn't recommend using a bot if you don't know the basics of trading.
There are a few bots available for crypto trading specifically.

Your basis of trading is probably what most people use.   Rumors and TA especially.  I don't think either is good for any type of trading, except if you're riding momentum, and even then you don't know when it's going to poop out.  Crypto doesn't really lend itself to anything other than momentum trading.

Investing in rumor in chat box and also from some trading groups is very risky and in several ocassion i have lost much. As well as trading over technical analysis is also not quite reliable in some occassion and it is also hard to find a reliable source to watch technical analysis. I think we should have our own trading strategy and make own point of selling and profit margin.

In trading nothing seems to be curious, but with trading buying low and selling high is the common strategy used. In my opinion one needs to cope with the self decision in trading rather than getting suggestions from others and implementing it.

Traders needs a skill set for trading. You need to having trusted account to have a trade and try to increase the trust and good feedback These things will make people to trust you have a trade.

I'm courious about your result. Because i think that on crypto (expecially in new alt) rumors & announcement  must be more weighted than Technical analisys  Smiley

It was an interesting fact yesterday with LTC. Charlie Lee had a big announcement: "tomorrow will be a good day".

LTC had a big pump only because of that rumor (also Charlie Lee started working at coinbase, everybody thought that coinbase will accept LTC).

So, yeah, the technical analysis wasn't very effective. But on short term is working.

My technique in trading is two kind no. One is a short trade if i want to earn btc everyday i do short trade to increase my income. My profit everyday in short trade is 0.002 btc not bad. And the 2nd one is a long trade i buy a coins in a small amount but the coin have big potential to rise. So i buy and wait the price hit my desire amount to get big profit. That is the two i suggest you to do but your decisions is ypurs.

It’s really tough to invest in crypto currencies or in any other trade based on troll boxes shouts (rumors). I am still in early phase of crypto currencies trade and exploring some techniques on trial and error basis. I have been trading in stocks based on fundamentals (which proved comparatively good strategy planer for me so far) and I am looking to apply same technique here in crypto trades. I am experiment lover guy so I try to invest small amounts in investment options based on every kind of research.
