What do you mean by store or buy? Sorry, don't fully get the question

I mean do you basically just store certain amount of crypto and then use it for investing in ICOs, IEOs etc? Or you exchange every time you need it?

Greetings there guys. In my opinion, also a very important question is how you get crypto. Talking about you - do you mostly store or buy?

Most people do not even know what the possible use of a cryptocurrency can be. They don't know the use beyond buying cheap and selling at higher price possible for profit motive.
And it is still possible in part that people use cryptocurrencies as a means of payment. but I think that for many this is not convenient and not safe. I think that cryptocurrencies still need 3 years to enter the financial market.

Mostly use as a means earnings, but in the last time and as a means transfers money.
It is undeniable, as long as I follow crypto for the most part it is clearly made as a means of income. what is clear is that many ways can be followed, from as a bounty hunter, trading etc.
but I do not do it as a money transfer because it is clear that the mechanism already exists and we often use it in banking in general.

The only way I use cryptocurrency presently is trading and gifting. I haven't been able to use it in real life transactions like buying goods offline.

So far, cryptocurrencies are only entering our lives, and many are still afraid of interacting with them. However, current events show that cryptocurrencies have a future that needs to be prepared now. I use my crypto mostly for trading. However, I have already tried to use BTC when buying things and it worked. probably, later, I will do it more often as it is easy and very safe.

It's true that most people in crypto space are interested in price and not use cases. I was amazed to pay for a T-shirt with BTC at an online store, and also paid for vpn service with TRX. I've once used DENT to top up my mobile subscription, although now it is costly since the coin dipped badly in price. If we focus more on use cases, price should go up naturally and not otherwise. Another issue crypto is facing is that, there are a lot of shortcomings with real world use.

I have in past used crypto for different purposes. I accepted and sent payments in crypto.
I bought domains and hosting with crypto. I topuped my mobile with crypto. But after missing the last bull run, I've largely restricted my crypto for holding and buying another crypto. I haven't cashed them out for quite a time now.

for crypto I see a lot of uses for crypto that can be used. I see if right now I think the best way for crypto is to hold and also daily trading. but now there is a new breakthrough in which a crypto is used for payment transaction media and for purchasing media in e-commerce. I am sure that using crypto will innovate in the future.

Among all the cryptocurrencies in the space, I only make use of bitcoin for extra purposes. Such as, the purchase of personal needs like clothes, shoes. This is because there are stores in my locality that accept it. Meanwhile, others are meant for profit-making, particularly during trading.
Is bitcoin not the main income, but additional for you?

Crypto has been around for over a decade at this point. The secure digital currency has many perks, but it seems that it is still not being utilized to its fullest potential.

Some purchase crypto for long term investment, while others have become daily traders. Both of these methods are uses for the digital currency, but they are not the sole purpose.

Many cryptocurrencies have been developed to solve a problem. For instance, Bitcoin solved the double-spending problem, while Ethereum was created to assists developers build blockchain applications.

Both of these examples would be considered the prime use case of the currency, but it seems that many are only interested in the gain rather than the use.

It is difficult to predict if the true value of blockchain technology will be relevant in the future and expand beyond trading.

What are your thoughts, and how do you use crypto?

My thoughts? We don't have a choice. Whatever services that allows cryptocurrency as an alternative payment is/are all what we to today. There's nothing we can do unless someone takes an initiative in building a sole proprietorship business that would sell any kinds of goods and would allow a specific crypto coin as a payment method. That could be a step for it to reach its sole purpose that you're trying to find, OP.

I use crypto mainly for profits through investment, and buying Steam credits whenever I have new games in mind. I can say that I am utilizing it as from its purpose, but at the same time I can benefit/earn from it.

Good point. This is currently something we are investing our time in, supporting businesses and entrepreneurs through a consensus-driven blockchain environment (or smart market).

As the public interest in blockchain/crypto increases, there will be a large number of entities that will look to develop around the space. Offering a secure user-friendly platform for businesses to provide goods and services will enable them to do business on their own terms. Thus, creating an environment for businesses to flourish!

using crypto only as a means for investment and also I use for trading so that my portfolio can be increased, for other uses, such as used as a substitute for currency or payment instrument I have not thought about it.
Using cryptocurrency as means to send funds to loved ones across borders anywhere around the globe is very convenient especially huge amount can be sent without any third party interruptions. Also, in my country, cryptocurrency can be used to pay utility bills such as TV satellite renewal and purchasing mobile phone airtime credit.

The purpose should be a payment instrument but what we have to do if nobody accept crypto in our place, that it sounds useless in our case. That's the reason why people think of it as an investment placing it later to be consider as currency when the moment come.

We are lucky in our country that some establishment accept crypto for payment, but there is still a problem cause they only accept mostly in Bitcoin and ETH. Still there is need so much time for crypto development and meant to be that all been consider as currency in the future.

Cryptocurrency is something that is very useful for me and the way I use it is as a long-term investment asset because I believe cryptocurrency is a future currency that cannot be refused

I only convert my crypto to fiat, btc to be exact, whenever I badly needed cash and I don't have any other option to get my fiat. And after conversion, I usually spend it to my daily needs like food, transpo and sometimes my monthly bill. Though I am not paying using my btc directly to shops but I am converting my btc to fiat first for easier transaction to merchants. But other than that, I want to keep my btc for long-term investment.

Cryptocurrencies nowadays are not good for everyday micro payments, like we hear about paying a coffee with cryptocurrencies. There is a problem how to store your cryptocurrencies safely when you carryyour cryptocurrencie around everywhere. There are also problems with the transaction fees and speed of the transactions. Everything need to be solved before mass adoption ahppen.  Wink
