Well,  I do feel guilty because I am using crypto just to gain,
gain ? you mean your a hodler/investor  ?  why your guilty with that . just because you dont buy or contribute ? no you shouldnt  .if you obtain your coins in a legal way then there is no problem  .  while others that obtain crypto in a illegal way are those who dont feel any guilt inside them  .

i use my crypto differently . im not a hodler but only a spender and i dont feel regret spending all my crypto anytime of the day but this only makes me happy

I use cryptoqurrency as its function, crypto offers some money in the form of investment, blockchain technology is an extraordinary innovation because it provides convenience in digital asset transactions, and the latest news is now many companies are starting to build technology for needs such as buying and selling products using crypto.

To my regret, cryptocurrencies in my country have no practical use, so only trading and HODL remain. I hope that the situation will change in the next couple of years, because the essence of cryptocurrencies is not just to be just a speculative tool

that situation still happens in many countries so there has not been a major change to cryptocurrency because to use cryptocurrency in real life is still very rare, wider use will indeed happens after large scale adoption happens in many countries
Hope this happens. Although the governments of some countries have a negative attitude to the introduction of cryptocurrencies in their economies and are trying in every possible way to block any attempts to pay with cryptocurrency.
In terms of governance and the the title of the thread "How do you use crypto?" How do you feel about crypto from the point of view of a governance tool itself? I find it interesting to see how the traditional models for governance in one setting or another can be modified and improved using blockchain technology. The problem is not with the people's mentality to assume cryptocurrencies as a sort of investment instead of utility tokens but the real problem is with projects and their progress. All of them are just theory on papers. In reality, none of them actually created any worthy platform to actually use their coin. I have trusted many projects in past whom I thought would become some notable names but their developments are too slow to actually reach among audience and solve their real life problems.
So the difficulty in practical execution of projects has limited their scope to just an investment.
Every Projects that being introduced ended up being an investment assets instead of having a real usage from the industry. Many developers who targeted field of business still unable to execute and performed, We do see more people inside but  have same reasons, everyone are looking for investment business thinking that crypto is one of those good venue for investing money and expect for good profitable returns.

Or we can say crypto is one good venue to fool people and take their money by luring them high returns. I don't know how people easily throw their hard-earned money to some stranger over internet who is claiming to be XYZ by posting fake LinkedIn profiles. Not everyone's Einstein then why do people expect that every project will become successful?
Creating blockchain applications is not easy job. It requires immense knowledge as well as creativity. Only invest money in projects that are really launched by someone as far-sighted as Vitalik Buterin.

I entered the cryptocurrency market with the goal of making a profit. Sometimes I enter into daily transactions but I prefer to stay longer.
In my country, cryptocurrencies are not widely used, most of them I use to gamble or exchange with my friends.

Crypto has been around for over a decade at this point. The secure digital currency has many perks, but it seems that it is still not being utilized to its fullest potential.

Some purchase crypto for long term investment, while others have become daily traders. Both of these methods are uses for the digital currency, but they are not the sole purpose.

Many cryptocurrencies have been developed to solve a problem. For instance, Bitcoin solved the double-spending problem, while Ethereum was created to assists developers build blockchain applications.

Both of these examples would be considered the prime use case of the currency, but it seems that many are only interested in the gain rather than the use.

It is difficult to predict if the true value of blockchain technology will be relevant in the future and expand beyond trading.

What are your thoughts, and how do you use crypto?
Well for me, I personally use cryptocurrency as a source of profit and not only by that because there’s a lot reason to use cryptocurrency like payment method since it is virtual money that we can use in any transaction. I also use crypto in trading primarily to earn money, but as of now since bitcoin and other crypto is on the fall. I am holding it as long as I can for me to earn more when it pumps. Wise trader needs to be an patient person.

To be honest, we still can't use crypto coins in our daily lives. Although the block chain is advanced, it is still not able to enter our active life. So many of us still use this technology as an investment tool, unlike its purpose. We still have not benefited from any other feature of this technology other than money transfer.

What can we do to cryptocurrency?
Of course we will hold and wait for the right time to trade.
We buy and hold to earn. we use to buy another cryptocurrency or participate in an ICO or IEO.
But if we have a wallet like in my country "COINS.PH" we can use them to pay bills, to send money to friend and relatives.

this is s simple but effective strategy becuase i did this all the time i do hold a coin and making sure that this is a long term or a short term so whenever what coin im holding im just going to wait for it for the right moment and also checking them if it time to sell them or still hold them
That's really good to know which coin we should hold and how much we will Have to be patient. Time will be needed to again rise and give you profit. Waiting is only key to over Come your lose. I use crypto only to invest my money and to gain profit after selling it at double price. At time of need I use my money to buy things of my daily needs.

Crypto will be used much more in future. It needs more and more adoption, but look how much better than the old times we are now...

I've personally used it to transfer value to my friends, or the people or organizations which accepted it many times during past years. It's the most widespread use case these days.

Unfortunately, I understand little in application development, so I use cryptocurrency like most - for trading and long-term investments. This is my extra income.

I am just holding. Trying to increase the amount of mu balance by IEOs, Staking, Airdrop etc.
The amount of balance increase slowly but the risk which I am taking is also low. So, I am relaxed all the time 😊
In the past I was always trading. I gained big amount of money with taking high risk. And High risk ended with high loss.
I am at TOP ranked coins at the moment. Holding them strictly and waiting the time for BTC drive the all crypto market to the MooN 😊
