#SWGT PRE-SALE IS LIVE

So, I have a simple question 🙋.
How do you feel being balls deep in altcoin investment, when bitcoin alone is rising?
Do you feel like selling your alts and fomoing into bitcoin, or do you just hold, patiently waiting, believing that alt time to rise will come?

Lets discuss...

I have a little Bitcoin and some altcoins. I don't like diversification into many altcoins. So currently I only hold about 5 altcoin projects. Most of them are projects with an AI narrative. I am sure that these projects will be successful in the future. I still keep some of it in Bitcoin because I believe that Bitcoin is the safest asset. So I just invest in altcoins and am ready for the risk. In my opinion, there is no need to sell your altcoins if you are still experiencing losses. But if you have made a profit and want to secure your assets then you can try converting them to Bitcoin.

I feel we need to hodl on altcoins as it's really make or break situation as we see few Altcoins pumping up suddenly and then dropping down after few hours hence the only option we have is to keep checking out portfolio or set up alerts so that you can sell it's your Altcoin's time to pump. But the problem is, it's really difficult to predict or know which Altcoin will go on rally when. I had same issues in the past as well hence shifted majority of my portfolio to Bitcoin to have some peace of mind.

Diversifying assets and being flexible in investing with crypto requires a specific plan. I am not a shortterm or momentary player, so I really understand the importance of patience in investing.

I have had a win/lose journey many times with crypto so I actually feel quite comfortable with the market's volatility, but also admit that at this time there is a bit of excitement with the price increase.

With altcoins not all, we also see some increasing and some not showing much, but that is the investment environment and the plan needs to be specific in advance to understand that everything will reach the target. It's just sooner or later.

That's why bitcoin is called the safest way to success. Altcoins generally are a bit late to follow bitcoin. Many of the altcoins have grown much larger than bitcoin this week. Meme coins like PEPE, Shiba Inu and Doge doubled in last few days. Solana and Toncoin too have a larger increase than bitcoin itself. But again a lot of promising and popular alts have not came close. With the crypto market growing bigger and bigger, it's getting harder for all the coins to rally to a higher price. The first thing people check price of and jump into for a crypto investment is bitcoin.
Personally I had about 25% of my portfolio in Bitcoin and I have already sold half of that above 60K.

Feels good actually.

Doge is up 26% against bitcoin in the last 24H. I actually converted some btc to doge yesterday when the action started and I can have more btc now if I convert my doge back to btc.

Even LTC is up 11% against BTC since yesterday even though it has been on a death spiral for the last 5 years or smth.

It is all relative.

People who bought LTC 5 years ago are cursing their luck while people who bought LTC yesterday made some money.

There isn't any need to sell your altcoins to invest in Bitcoin cause it's price is getting high, we are certain that the bull run would touch some altcoins what you should be bothered about is if you've invested in the right project or not. The reason behind this bull run having so much pressure on Bitcoin is because of the recent interest of investors in Bitcoin since the last ETF approval and also new of the halving coming.

Sometimes the altcoin bull run actually sets in a little after the Bitcoin bull run, I was never expecting the wave to hit the altcoin market so soon and we are still very early in the bull and it's the right time to keep buying so instead of selling buy more or rather invest in Bitcoin now,it's not too late.

How do you feel being balls deep in altcoin investment, when bitcoin alone is rising?
I don't have much in alts but if I am that one that have balls deep in altcoins and never invested in Bitcoin, I'd definitely feel terrible that after all of the advises that I've heard and being said to me to keep on buying bitcoin when it was low and I have never obliged myself to follow. It's my problem when the surge is only happening currently to Bitcoin but then, the altcoins are going to follow the trend and that's for sure.

Do you feel like selling your alts and fomoing into bitcoin, or do you just hold, patiently waiting, believing that alt time to rise will come?
HODL and wait patiently. If you're believing on the altcoin that you're holding, you're not going to FOMO. Because that's how you've invested but it can't also be help if there are some change of plans that happens during these times that you see that the price of Bitcoin goes up. You just want to sell all of those altcoins of yours and use them to buy Bitcoin. If that happens, that's also fine as long as you know what you're doing and it is your money that's being played around in the market.

I believe that altcoins will have their day soon, Bitcoin is the pacesetter, and as it's price is massively pumping now, the development will encourage investors to diversify their interests in altcoins, which will increase their demands thereby making their prices to start experiencing steady pump. This theory doesn't apply to the whole altcoins, every investor have to carry out research before deciding on the project that they think can have bull run alongside Bitcoin. A lot of scam projects can pump on a very short term, then they'll vanish with investors funds, so due diligence is required to invest in altcoins, otherwise it's safer to stay with Bitcoin, especially in this bull season.

I guess it just shows how Bitcoin is really the prime mover here in crypto, most of the altcoins even ETH is still behind it's ATH, -40% if I'm not mistaken. But if you look at BTC, closing in at it's previous all time high and maybe it can top it before even the halving itself. So obviously, doesn't feel good if you are not that a Bitcoin investor or at least believed that altcoin will be the savior and that it will make you rich this bull run. So I guess all the emotions are there, what if, regrets, I should have done this blah blah blah. I know the feeling though, but I can't get it back, and so we should just move forward and learn for this mistakes. And who knows, in the next coming years, we might see all time high with our altcoins and make a lot of profits, we will never know.

This is a classic dilemma in the crypto space. Some altcoins are currently keeping pace with Bitcoin's performance, and these are the notable ones. Other altcoins tend to follow their cycles, and their moment to shine may occur when Bitcoin stabilizes or consolidates. Holding onto them requires a significant amount of faith and confidence in the altcoins you've invested in. If you believe in the potential of your altcoins, retaining them during Bitcoin's surge might be a wise decision.

However, in my case, I'm riding the Bitcoin wave, and I have already divested from my altcoins.

There is no need to rush into the decision to sell altcoins to switch to Bitcoin, I prefer to wait because what I invest in is Altcoin, the majority of which follows Bitcoin's movements, so there is no need to worry about switching. because I always divide my investments into various types, not just at one point

Hi guys,
I believe we all saw or rather, have seen bitcoin's performance in the crypto market this few days, it's price have risen from around $51,000 to a little about $64,000 before it dropped a bit a little above $60,000 where it currently is at the time of writing this post, all this happened In matter of (I think) 2 days or 3.

And while bitcoin is rising, it's market dominance also rose from around 50.1 to 53.13, which simply means that bitcoin marketcap is rising along side it's price, while many altcoins are seriously lagging behind.

So, I have a simple question 🙋.

Bitcoin has actually proven to be the best over time especially when viewing from long-term perspective, investment in Altcoin is more like looking for a quick profits, but however there is possiblity of those altcoins with low market cap to come up since there performance solely depends on Bitcoin, but anyone in Altcoin investment should also consider including Bitcoin in his portfolio. Is risky selling you altcoin now because there is possiblity of it pumping since Bitcoin is doing pretty well.

The projection in the crytop currencies is that as bitcoin rises in values so also AltCoins is expected to push up too so, it in any case bitcoin tends to rise while the AltCoins remains stagnant then means the system isn't proper. There might be or not but to my best of ideal there's no such of AltCoin bull run season that is supposed to have it pumping but since I know about bitcoin bull run, I expected that its bull run has the pumping of the AltCoins so, I am excusing the AltCoins markets for bitcoin because I didn't bump Into the AltCoin market to catch one of those cruises but to Invest and make profits. But well I don't think if such would be in place at all or it has even been. Not this time the ETH and BnB has taken a large scales of potential shape.

I suppose it should not be a nice feeling, but I wonder why would anyone do that move so early on? We know that during the early stages of the bull run, bitcoin outperforms on average all altcoins on the market, it is only after a plateau is reached in which altcoins begin to regain the ground they have lost.

But if a person has already made this move I think it is better for them to keep their altcoins and wait for the altcoin season, but this move only makes sense if they invested in good altcoins, as if someone invested in meme coins then it is likely their coins will do badly even during that period.

Well thats kinda bit hurting Im also balls feep on some alts but still have major alts that are coinicides with the pump of bitcoin like eth. Good thing I am using eth on some lsdfi hencr it got hold also earning some points like eigenlayer and renzo. I think after bitcoin settled a bit it will shift to alts thats where we should wait for at the moment and take the chance. Its always like that or course bitcoin first then next major alts then go to shitcoins and moderate projects.

FOMO especially when price started to surge in the unexpected rate is pretty common but deciding whether keep the altcoins and wait for it to rise or just dump them for Bitcoin depends on which coins we are talking about. But seriously if you feel the coins are lagging then just go for the second option in my choice cause the price of Bitcoin is expected to atleast double from it's previous ATH so atleast 2x kind of guaranteed even if you jump right now.

I invested in various alts and the recent bitcoin rise has been affecting these altcoin also you need to know that recent surge of bitcoin is 20% increase.
most of the altcoin out there in the market also having 20% increase I think its logical, ethereum more prominently also have quite the rise.
but if your altcoin somehow doesn't get some pump, and yeah I know plenty of altcoin that just outright stagnating, maybe in the future there will be altcoin season.
after all in every bullish run there will be altcoin season that causes most of the altcoin price to surge but doesn't necessarily mean all altcoin price gonna surge only select good altcoin usually and certain meme coin.
if you want altcoin that have high chance of increase while bitcoin also rising why not investing in bitcoin side chain dapps or the blockchain itself many of them are increasing high like stacks (STX)

There are no chain reactions from the majority of the altcoins in proportion to the Bitcoin recent market increase that almost broke the last all-time high,  and this is why some times, the Bitcoin market differs from the remaining altcoins except for the few that never get left behind when bitcoin rise in price such as Ethereum and BNB with a couple of other popular coins in the market.

Although the coins that have not risen well in this recent bull are those coins that have their own hypes and whose market never depends on the traditional crypto chain market,  this is why you noticed their own particular form of market movement some sometimes pump, and dump movement since there is no real ecosystem that supports their market such as users usage.

That is the reason why many altcoins are only good for short-term speculations and not suitable for long-term investments.
