Maybe it is a positive mind sort of but it is not just certain to say if you have a positive mind then you can attract luck to your side, otherwise everyone would like to be in that positive mindset before gambling because it would be a criteria for luck to come to you. Yes sometimes grace speaks for people around you and also having the positive vibes and energy to keep things going right, sometimes the energy you bring to a place matters a lot and grace keeps us going with good luck. Well, you are right but luck is luck either from what you think is right or from what you think is wrong. I am not trying to say that God can't work it out for you to win a bet but you still have to believe that the world is in 2 different parts just as how gamble is of 2 part, and it's either you win or you lose. The reason why you can not win every bets on gamble is because you can't control luck, it only comes when it feels like or when you manipulate it on the right way. Meet some people who have a positive minds can helps us to thinks positive like them but we knows that not many people can do that. I agree with your opinion, luck in gambling cannot be caused by someone, especially if he is not a fortune teller or can be called a bringer of luck. In my opinion, it is just a coincidence experiencing good luck so you get unexpected luck, no one is it's true that it can bring good luck.
