Can some one tell how the trust system works here, I see things like:

? ??: -1 / +4
8: -0 / +1
-62: -6 / +2
What does these numbers mean?
Also what are different colors[green,light green,red,orange etc.] for?

Called marketplace trust score.
Simply speaking, higher the number the more trustworthy the person is (supposed to be. Always use escrow while trading even if you see a dark green 500 as trust feedback. Some accounts are being bought and sold, so always be on the safe side. it is only an indicator. Click on the trust link, and the feedbacks usually are more important than the score)
Red is bad, Green is good.
