Thats totally not greedy. It is a gambling behaviour but not greedy. Greedy is when you want to keep playing and win more and more even after you win quite good amount
Yes, we need to realize how to estimate ourselves on emotion controls. Many people fail here and imagine themselves as super human without any emotions. Greedy is not enough situations even after big profits or increasing the bet amount into 10 fold after a win.
Yes we first evaluate ourselves how to control our emotions then only we can identify the situations of emotions controlling ourselves. Without self analysis we cannot overcome emotion.
In my experience, in gambling there are many possible ways we are losing our emotions and getting greedy or tensed.
This is probably the best responce in this entire thread. This is actually how the gambling industry is successful because they know that most humans have trouble controlling their emotions.

Even after knowing the dangers of gambling, still people are gambling for many reasons. Failing to control our emotions is also human nature but it gives big advantage to gambling houses. I'm also so greedy to start a gambling house.
It's the mentality that way.
