i explained above how you can attract more people. but about moneypot i have to say i don't think relying on a third party is a good idea for a dice site.

I agree, signature campaign is just one way of promoting your site there's still tons of ways like mini games, contests, raffle, jackpots and etc. I can't get away from moneypot because they are the ones that will help me with bankroll, I do not have enough cash to support the bankroll.
I was thinking about building many games instead of just dice, like a proper casino.
Also I may get rid of moneypot issue when I have enough money to build a sportsbetting and poker type of game but they are not likely to be provably fair ( how can a soccer game be provably fair for example), until I get big I need moneypot to help me with bankroll.

but it doesn't matter if there are no other dice sites or 100 other good dice sites. as long as you can make a nice one and offer good options people will come.
by good i mean:
- provably fair
- fast load, fast rolls.
- giveaway
- decent faucet
- good affiliate program
- good advertisement and persistent advertisement not advertising a month and disappearing from forum.
- lower house edge.
and many more.

It is still possible to launch a good site, as long as you have a better UI than the ones here. Sites in the past, which came out much later have done better than the age old sites multiple times, so it isn't impossible.
Though it has better UI, but with crappy/overused animation and lack of support (dispute, problem, or ask a question) that site is out from the list and can't compete with dice sites which better than those. Promotion and contest is an another way to invite new players and receive a feedback from them.

competitions everywhere i do agree on you sort of make a gambling website that is rare not the same with the gambling site which is you do have a uniqness or different from other dice gamees because it could attract gamblers in that way then you can make them addicted to yyour websiite and they get back.
Dice games is really already saturated on the market and if you tend to build one then be ready on the competition since there are lots of them. I dont think any unique feature that would make your site different from others since i already saw on what a dice could possible have to attract the public.
