Why can't you just use Coinbase?
You need to link your bank account, but it's trusted so no worries.

I am using bitcoinwallet from coins.ph. They are really a cool site and app. Though there are qualifications before you can cash out. You must first identify yourself with some pictures and documents like driving license. You can change bitcoin to real money too.
I think that is not a good idea to use that site because it requires to submit personal informations which is against for bitcoin's feature "Anonymity", I would rather use localbitcoins.com since it is a great site which is reliable also and i think much better than that site called coins.ph, A true bitcoin wallet will never requires you to submit personal informations because they are respecting for being anonymous of bitcoin.

If you will be using your I.d for exchanges I would suggest cashing out using moneygram or western union through exchangers such as localbition or paxful, or you can use a bitcoin debit card from advcash,Cryptopay.me or uquid.

You can find local exchange sites if they are legal in your country it ll be easy. Or another way is to buy an international debit card that you can install / pay with bitcoin.

Yes you can,you can exchange your bitcoin in any site that converts into fiat and ready to cash out anywhere in the world.
I think in every country there is an exchanger where you can cash out your bitcoin.

Where is the website? Could you post a link?

Kprawn has it right. You could use LocalBitcoins and the Currency Exchange section on Bitcointalk.org https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

many Bitcoin holders are willing to purchase Bitcoin from you if you have a Paypal account or any other digital payment processor.
LocalBitcoin is also good to try but most cases you will have to meet up with the guy/girl in person (not my cup of tea).

It's mainly depends on your country. Many countries have their local exchanges. If there are exchange in your country, it's easiest and most comfortable way to cashout bitcoin. You also can exchange bitcoin face to face if will find people in your local area who can do it.
It would be harder to cashout bitcoin if this currency is illegal in your country.

If you wish to remain anonymous and don't have a crazy amount to trade, I suggest you trade them in person locally.
Check what's available around you or where you are going, methods available greatly vary depending on where you are.

To be able to go through a small amount of fees (if you're willing to go through verification) I would suggest using reputable exchanges such as Kraken, or Coinbase. I personally use Coinbase and haven't had an issue with them at all.

If you'd like to go through some higher amount of fee / percentage lost in the process but care about hiding your identity LocalBitcoins or Paxful is the place to go, or the currency exchange on here.

Depending upon the volume of coins, you could also just pay bills with BTC if that is available.  I have tons of merchants around me that accept btc for items.  Even some of our utilities accept btc.  For my larger moves I like to use lbc as mentioned by some above.  I'll pay a small premium to avoid face to face, but that is my decision and it works for me.  If you have substantial "feedback" at lbc you can move coins/money around quickly and easily.

Most countries have Bitcoin exchanges, but these services will put you through strict verification procedures to enable you to cash out

to a bank account. You could trade directly with people via Localbitcoin or just find a local Bitcoin meetup and trade Bitcoin

for the local currency there. You will run into trouble, going back to fiat if your Bitcoin is "dirty"  Roll Eyes

You need to know if there's a local exchanger in your country so you can cash out. In my country there's a lot of ways to receive my Bitcoin but only a few exchangers. I can cash out through Banks, Pawnshops and Telco Company. Downside of cash out through local exchanger is they ask for some identification or else they will set a limit.
