Do not put your MEW details to other phishing websites. There are so many phishing websites and never give your password or private keys for that. Just keep it in a secure place as well. Further book mark your correct MEW of your web browser and always log from that saved URL. It is more secure if you can use hard wallet or install metamask for this.

You should install a virtual system and keep your wallet on it. This can warn against 90% of the attacks that are taking place now.

I loose my Eth from my MyEther wallet anybody know how to protect it from hackers.
I guess you have putted your privatekey to the phising attemp or you have participated in the scam airdrop, But anything that related to the scam.
Never try to join in the airdrop or something that looks suspicious and always update your desktop with latest security software and just keep your privatekey through use paper wallet

If it is already loss your Ethereum, I guess it's too late for you to recover it pal. It's been hacked maybe because you clicked some fishing site which where the hacker has a chance to get in to your account. So be careful next time you do a new account of Ethereum again.

Whatever coins or ethereum you loose from your ether wallet that can not be retrieved. The best way is to buy a Trezor wallet that is most secured wallet to keep your coins safe. Even I also bought 2 days back to secure my coins and always use private or incognito window to login your etherwallet apart from this you can also use metamask plugin on Google chrome search engine and never ever share your keys with anyone and don't type ether wallet website url its better to bookmark it to avoid phising website.

Presale is live!
First thing to do is bookmark the mew url and always visit the website through that bookmark only. never search Google for mew and visit through it as there are many phising ads ready to grab your private keys and steal your coins. Also always check the url properly after visiting the website.

To protect your funds being stolen it's better to buy hardware wallet. If you can't afford to buy hardware wallet then a more recommended method is to run your MEW offline on your PC without an internet connection. Visit the official website of MyEtherWallet download latest release of MEW from Github then move the folder to your offline PC. Then create your new wallet offline and save your private keys & JSON file. If you want to check your balance always check from etherscan don't check via signing from your private keys. If you want to send funds you can send via offline PC but you need an online PC also to broadcast your transaction on the internet. Since you will now always use mew offline so your private keys aren't exposed to the internet & your wallet will be safe from hackers. Refer below sources on how to create MEW offline & how to send funds offline in detail step by step.

First you need to familiarize with methods of burglary and theft and to check their device for exposure to them. If you're sure it's clean, then it's time for the password. you have to come up with a quality password and not in length. The most important thing to add several completely different characters.

There are malwares/viruses that attacked your pc and because of that, the hackers used those advantage to get that information of yours. Clean your PC and create new mew.

There are two most common ways to save your MEW account. The first one is metamask, and the second is Ledger/Trezor etc. I prefer the second way, but metamask is also ok.

Use Metamask, don't ever reveal your private key, don't view your wallet on a shared computer or better not to use shared computer, make your wallet password different from any of your account passwords.

Use Ledger nano with My ETher wallet. You can search how to use Ledger nano on internet, it is easy to use.
I don't use a Hardware wallet because there could be a problem with the inner components. There is nothing you can do with the hardware wallet unless you know how to take it apart and rebuild it.

I think the best way is to:
1) buy a hardware wallet and login with this
2) save url address on favourite and always check it it's correct before login
3) use an updated antivurus

MyEtherWallet is a free, open-source, client-side interface. INSTALL EAL or MetaMask or Cryptonite to protect your wallet, anti virus, dont just browse and download unknown content its can making your pc enter the virus, and scan your pc every time you need

Agree Metamask is also very good and grant quite a good deal of safety, i suggest to try that.

Very often scammers send personal messages in the official channels of a cryptoproject. I often receive such messages in chat rooms of different crypto projects. Please note that the account from which the letter was sent may deceive the inexperienced person, since it is very similar to the name of the project. Scammers like to "mask" in such a way as to create the impression that this is the account of the Project Team or one of their representatives. And this is another reason to remain vigilant.

Keep your private key fully secured. When you unlock your wallet via Myetherwallet.com make sure that it has MYETHERWALLET [US] beside the link URL. Add Metamask to your google extension for additional security. This way you can transfer coins without unlocking your wallet using private key.

The most important thing is to not get your private key stolen. So storing it in computer might be bad idea. What i have done is wrote private key in certain page of book. You can also divide private key into several parts and store them separately if you are afraid someone might steal it.Also you can encrypto your private key.

Type a secure password you won’t forget into the box, and click “Create New Wallet”. You can then click “Download Keystore File” to save your wallet. I recommend you save it to a USB stick, preferably an encrypted USB stick, so that it isn’t hanging around on your computer where it could be easily found. The file will be called something like “UTC — 2017–08–11T15–29–26.452Z — 45…

Clean your machine and create a new wallet or get a hardware wallet if you can, it's better to pay a little for more security in crypto. Also don't click random link on internet and telegram chat, always bookmark important website such as Myetherwallet and exchanges, open them from bookmark if you want to use it to prevent phising links. Install antivirus to prevent malware also a great idea.
