I am not sure of the exact condition there in your country, mate. But I cannot find any connection between poverty and not being able to join any signature campaign here in this forum. The mere fact that you have an electricity and an internet connection already means you can join a signature campaign. But if you really want some free Satoshis, there are faucets. May I remind you however that you will not be receiving a significant amount of Satoshis with these faucets. Poverty can be overcome. That's for sure.

First of all, you need some amount to start trading.Nothing comes free, you might need to work a little bit if you don't have money to invest. Let the starting amount be small, but you need something at least. I'd say, start from investing around 50$ in bitcoins and hold, as it is going up and you can make some profit, multiply your money. After you have earned enough(after holding for a long term of about 1 year) you can start cryptocurrency trading. Till then you should try and learn all you can about cryptocurrencies.

You can join social media campaigns weather it will be facebook or twitter campaign, blog campaign or translation campaign to earn tokens that you can sell. Also join in many airdrops as you can, airdrops are free tokens, if you can earn a lot you can have a capital to start mining or trading.

I think in your situation you might be better to join some bounty campaigns in the alternative section of the forum, you will not get anything for free but there are different campaigns that might suit you, without putting any money in this is the only way I can think of for you.

Although, if you have any skills you could offer them up in the services section.
