Image uploading websites/ scripts for Bitcointalk users
Talkimg.com is a most favorite site recently after proxy issue from imgur.com. Because TalkImg.com is owned and hosted by a forum member so he will not likely use proxy policy against Bitcointalk.

You would understand and know when you will be eligible to post image if you had gone through the pined posts in almost all sections; however, @NeuroticFish has explained how it works for you, so since you already have some merits, you need to wait to have some activities and become a Jr member in this forum before you can be able to post image.Read this for more explanation.
