With mining it's a time-burning activity that requires constant changes and a longer time-frame for a decent ROI, when it comes to directly trading alts you can be making bank with next to no input required other than capital.

Lending bitcoin is a very risky business there are tons of scam accusations and a lot of them are of people that did not paid their loans, there is a platform like btcjam where you could do that but there are also lots of bad stories of users that have lost money when people ran away with their coins.

Yes, for the purpose of lending you have to be very careful about to whom you are paying the amount. Also the legal requirements i.e. the documentation of the lending should be completed before you lend your coins as there are many scams around and people are just waiting for the others to make a single mistake and they get the edge from that.

i think the idea of casino or exchange is too much better and i also think these project is very profitable and easily you make bitcoin in high amount but it needs a big expenditure to create it and if you bitcoin in less amount then you can open online shop and accept bitcoin.

I don't have any bitcoin-related business but yes I sold my domains which were related to bitcoin on this forum and got payment in bitcoin. Since bitcoin is yet establishing among the masses, any business which is bringing innovative concepts has a good scope of acquiring the market, for example, I strongly believe that bitpay would surpass paypal's volume in coming years so come up with any creative idea and try to execute it.

i think that if your going to start a business in any currency, especially true for bitcoin, you'll need to work hard( extremely hard) to make sure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Even if you have the best product in the world, if you have 1 or 2 customers who are unsatisfied out of your first 10 customers you'll be very fortunate to continue with your business and not losing money.

Great businesses run on great customer service, if you have a crack head for your service rep for example and you get 5 out of the first 10 customers you receive needing customer service and calling to get customer service, there going to call "jack the crack addict" and maybe the first three are satisfied but the last 2 of those customers had a horrible experience things won't go well. Actually research the people that you hire, don't just hirethe cheapest person.

TLDR: Hire some real customer support, make sure that they can speak ENglish. The telltale signs of a scam site is that it doesn't have an active support crew and if there is support, they don't speak english.

You are right a lot of competitions with it so it is very difficult to compete with the other now because you are just new though think something a new idea sort of there are only few online shops that accepts bitcoin in paying. Sort of selling and casino is the trend of the bitcoin right now but you just think a innovation with it that it will click to all of the bitcoin users

OP can create more unique business ideas rather than creating a casino or an exchange since new services that accepts bitcoin as payment can be good too. For example, OP can create an online shopping platform where he is a midman and there is someone who sells in it and someone who buys. Also, OP can create his very own netflix like site that accepts bitcoin as payment and many more.

Bitcoin can be used for any kind of business that involves commercialization. I agree with you, who wants to start a business must avoid competitive niches which there are lots of same businesses.
Try something new that nobody thought yet, or that nobody has yet with quality, because there are many services fail, without quality for customers, if you compete with these services you can have success.
