there is chance market will recover when etf is approved. Etf would be approved in january next year according the article that i read. The market will recover and could even reach a new high, its really recommended to hold all of your coins now and keep calm cause market will sure recover.

It will receover when the hype comes back. That was what happened in January when a lot of buyers came in and buy tons of bitcoin.
Right now i think we are very close to the point of coming back up. So be patient.

We don't know that yet because there is no time, day or month that users know when bitcoin prices are up or recover but we will let everyone invest and spread the positivity about investing in crypto.
no one know about this timelime.the thing that we can do only waiting and spread good news and positive attitude in order to make all investor felt comfort. 
I think that in couple of weeks the market will show a positive move to a good side and it happens that if the countries show a welcome to crypto and if they legalize it then the citizen will confident about it.

The Crypto market will take a lot of time to recover but it will happen soon. The current SEC has recommended to the government to set up a Bitcoin ETF fund and that is a good move. This will make the manipulation much less and everything will become stable and develop each year.
There's no one can say it here for sure, when the exact day or time that the crypto market will recover. Most of us here knows it can be recovered but we don't know how long it takes, let's wait for this to happen with patience. It's not always bearish. Bullish will also come.

Coin fever is over. I hate to say this, but as early project start to deliver and they are not adopted (ie Augur) we are going to see a continued downtrend.

Yeah in fact the price of bitcoin is still unpredictable. fluctuations can bring bitcoin prices to fly anytime and make many investors shocked. so don't panic and take seriously someone's speculation. stay calm and be prepared with all the possibilities that will occur

Until the news from SEC will be published specially if it will be a good implication to the majority of investors. But as long as it will be hold, expect that the price will become stable at the floor. There will become an hype to the market but it will not become consecutive, it is just the move of the whales that want to manipulate the market. 
I do hope that the full recovery you are referring to is that of about bitcoin at 15k$. If not, we await the real recovery of the bitcoin and also giving leverage to the altcoins too. I do envisage something happening before the end of this yea; recovery of the cryptocurrency age!
